Two people, one table, one ballot.
Somewhere the founding fathers just asked for a recount.
Early voting in Lewistown, Maine.
Cameras are rolling, and there it is, guys, an NGO translator
leaning over an elderly Somali voter's ballot,
pointing at names and marking the choices.
And then another. And another.
This is not a polling place, folks. This is a group project.
And we all know how these group projects go.
One person does all the work. And so, of course, the
Secret ballot now comes with a plus one.
Here's a twist, guys.
This wasn't caught by the FBI.
This was not caught by CNN,
not by Maine's Secretary of State Sheena Bellows,
who, by the way, has spent months protecting her voter rolls
from the terrifying threat of being looked at.
It was caught by one reporter from the Maine Wire, guys.
One guy, one phone outperformed the entire state of Maine.
Somebody please give this man a budget.
Oh, and it gets even worse than that.
Grab a chair, guys. A box of 498 Maine absentee ballot
envelopes just took a little vacation to a house in Maryland,
the listed headquarters
of a Soros-funded nonprofit. Wrong address.
Could have happened to anybody, I guess.
Maine closed the case. No answers, just vibes.
Then, of course, New Jersey. We got to talk
Talk about New Jersey, folks.
Governor.
Mikey Sherrill admits almost 400 non-citizens voted
and then assures you it didn't swing
a single election.
Ah, yes, of course.
The fraud was real, but it had excellent manners.
Now Harmeet Dhillon and Donald Trump's Justice Department want names.
The officials who mocked her
Her warning letter are certainly checking
their mailboxes like they're expecting a
jury summons and 30 states are still fighting
to keep their voter rolls a secret because
nothing says everything's fine quite like hiding
the report card under the couch.
So today guys, the day before the midterms,
we're asking the question that CNN won't.
Where are the handcuffs?
Now before we get into it, if you
or someone you love needs Medicare guidance, Chapter
Dr. offers completely free help, real help guys.
Check out the link in the description down below.
I also left their phone number.
They're saving the average senior about $1,100 per year.
The phone number is 909-563-8279.
If you're not subscribed yet, go ahead and fix that right now.
This is the one box you can check
with nobody leaning over your shoulder.
If we deliver, guys, go ahead and hit the like button on the way out.
Totally appreciate you.
No translator required.
Let's go ahead and slow the tape down,
frame by frame, Lewistown City Hall.
Folding tables, little privacy screens,
a setup built for exactly one person and one
pen.
Now, I want you to watch.
An elderly voter sits down, a helper slides in right behind them,
right beside them, shoulder
to shoulder.
The helper points at the ballot, points again, and then the pen moves.
That privacy screen?
About as useful as a screen door on a submarine.
Every American learns this in grade school.
Your vote is yours.
Nobody watches.
Nobody whispers.
Nobody touches the pen.
Let that land for a second.
Because this is what happened with a camera in the room.
Guys, there was a camera in the room, in public,
in broad daylight, with a reporter standing right
there. So I want you to ask yourself the obvious question,
what happens when nobody is filming?
Exactly. So who are these helpful strangers?
Well, according to the main wire, they work for
taxpayer-funded NGOs, non-profits.
The reporter watched them drop off groups of voters at City
City Hall van pulls up door.
Doors slide open. Voters fill in.
Same helper walks them over to the table. Next van. Same
faces. That's right, guys.
The reporter tried to ask one of them a simple question. Cold shoulder.
Interesting. Very, very interesting.
Now, most people who are proud of the work that they do,
they love to talk about it.
Officially, they're language assistance professionals. Neutral.
They're unbiased. They're just here to help.
It's funny how neutral help needs a finger on the ballot
Sounds very, very neutral.
Yeah.
Lewiston didn't invent this.
Minnesota wrote the playbook. One voter can vouch for
up to eight people registering on election day.
Which kind of raises the real question,
how is it fraud when the system is built to allow it?
This is not a loophole folks,
this is the floor plan. Now look,
do you know somebody who swears voter fraud is a myth?
Don't argue, don't debate, just send them this video
and let Lewiston do the talking.
So now folks running elections in Maine have an answer ready.
Two words, legal assistance.
Now, here's the interesting part, or it's kind of annoying if
you really think about it.
Federal law really does let a voter who needs help bring a helper.
This part is actually true.
But helping and steering, those are not the same thing. Reading
the ballot out loud, that's help.
Pointing at the name and moving the pen, that's not help. That's
like a ventriloquist act. Now, picture this, guys.
A husband walks his wife into the polls
After shoulder surgery.
Arm is in a sling, he reaches over to help.
Poll worker, sir, step away from the ballot.
Two minutes later, a total stranger is filling it out.
Now let's review here.
Husband of 40 years, security threat.
Stranger with a lanyard, assistance.
You see the problem with this?
Oh, and nursing homes.
Helpers? Going into a room at ballot time,
no cameras, no reporter, just the honor system.
What could possibly go wrong? Now, this one should be easy.
To become an American citizen,
most people sit for an interview in English.
They read, they write, they answer civics questions.
So, who was the first president?
Yes, you gotta answer that if you want to become an American
citizen. What does the Constitution do?
So, why does a citizen in Lewiston
Need someone else to read the ballot.
They should already be able to read.
There are only two answers. Pick your favorite.
One, the voter is not a citizen.
And then if that's the case, that vote is a federal crime. Full stop.
Answer number two, they got an exemption.
Older, long-time residents can skip the English part.
Legal, fine. But now the translator isn't just translating.
They're the only person at the
table who can actually read the ballot.
I don't know about you guys, but this is a lot of power
for someone whose name we don't even know.
So you can't read the ballot.
But a stranger from an NGO can read it for you.
How convenient.
Neither answer makes Sheena Bellows look good.
So let's go ahead and play a game, shall we?
It's called Where's the Box?
Maine orders absentee ballot envelopes.
Sixty-two boxes ship out, sixty-one shows up.
One box, holding 498 envelopes, vanishes.
So where did it turn up?
Maryland, guys.
A house in Maryland.
Not a post office.
Not a warehouse.
A house.
And that house just so happens
to be the listed headquarters of a Soros-funded political
non-profit. Now out of every front porch in America,
it just happened to be that one?
Does anyone else feel that this is a little odd?
I mean, what are the odds here?
Investigators couldn't determine how the box
was redirected to an address on Maryland's eastern shore.
Fox 35 News reviewed property records
and tax filings to find out who's connected to the nonprofit.
We're looking into the group's funding, including grants from an
organization that also received money from a Soros-linked foundation.
A box arrived here in September 2025
at this address in Cambridge, Maryland.
A small town on the eastern shore.
Property records obtained by Fox 25 News list
the owner as Whitney Quisenberry.
The same address listed for a non-profit called
the Center for Civic Design, or CCD.
Tax filings for CCD list Quisenberry as a high-ranking employee.
It's a non-profit that...
...teaches civic design skills and creates nonpartisan resources
to help states and counties run elections.
Photos on the investigative file Fox 25 News obtained
from the Maine Secretary of State's office
show the envelopes inside a box in a UPS label addressed
to CCD at this Cambridge address.
The group's executive director, Sean Wang, says they secured the box
while trying to figure out why it showed up.
Maine's investigative report says the state's printer shipped...
62 boxes, each with 500 envelopes.
The printer told an investigator it did not ship a package
to CCD and that group was not its customer.
In a statement to Fox 45 News, the CCD says the box
came from UPS and the group contacted Maine officials
in October 2020 after news reports
surfaced about Maine voting materials delivered to the wrong address.
The investigative report says UPS tracking showed
a return label created in Massachusetts
with a note that the address was incomplete
and the package was being sent back.
The box was delivered to Cambridge September 13th.
UPS told investigators it would need a subpoena
to provide more shipping information.
The report says the Attorney General's office
in Maine found there was not enough information to issue one.
The case was closed pending new details.
Maine's Secretary of State was asked
about the investigation earlier this month.
We know, we identified that it was UPS.
That's why the Secretary of State's office
did not use UPS this year.
So unfortunately, UPS fell down on the job
and that's why the state of Maine does not use them for ballot delivery anymore
In a statement to Fox 45 News, the Maine Secretary
of State's office reiterated the elections division is not using UPS
for delivering of any election materials for the 2026 election.
Tax filings Fox 45 News obtained show New Venture Fund,
a nonprofit that makes grants to other organizations,
gave CCD $138,000 each year from 2020 through 2022.
totaling $414,000.
The Foundation to Promote Open Society, a foundation associated with
George Soros,
reported a separate $750,000 grant to New Venture Fund in 2022.
We asked CCD whether they have received funding directly from Soros,
the Open Society Foundations, or any related entity.
We also asked whether CCD received Open Society funding through
an intermediary or fiscal sponsor.
The statement we received from CCD did
not address our funding questions.
Instead, Wang said the group was not and has never
been under contract with the Secretary of State of Maine.
He said a Maine investigator retrieved all of the materials from the CCD office
We also asked what work CCD does in Maryland.
Wang's statement described the group's work
generally, but did
not identify any specific Maryland projects or contracts.
Oh, and Maine has been here before.
In 2025, a woman in Newburgh opened her Amazon package
and found 250 blank ballots inside.
She ordered from Amazon. She got a free side of democracy.
What is going on here?
So Shenna Bellows, she handed the case to Maine's Attorney General.
The Attorney General closed it.
No answers, no explanation. Nobody's in trouble. It's a hydra.
Cut off one hand and three more show up wearing name tags.
Tonight, the investigation into the 250 absentee ballots
that a Newburgh woman said she found in her Amazon package last fall
is now in the hands of the Attorney General's office.
Secretary of State Shenna Bellows giving that update today during
a Veterans and Legal Affairs Committee meeting in Augusta.
Bellows said the AG's office is the agency designated
to bring enforcement action for election law violations.
Bellows walked lawmakers through the chain of custody system ballots
and envelopes go through,
as well as the checks and balances in voting procedures.
According to Bellows, the same September day the woman
in Newburgh said she found ballots in her mail,
the city of Ellsworth reported they have received
a shipment missing the same number of absentee ballots.
The investigation expanded in October
when a third party out-of-state organization reported they believed
they found Maine absentee ballot return envelopes in their mail.
What I will say is that we isolated the challenge to UPS.
Something went wrong in the UPS deliveries of the ballots
and the absentee ballot return
envelopes. I will promise you that no one wants answers more than I do.
This is a very serious
matter, but I'm also confident that the checks
and the balances in the system worked and that
Mainers should be really proud of the 2025 election,
that it was free, safe, and secure.
And don't forget the lanyards. Of course, they got lanyards, right?
So now let's go ahead and head on over to New Jersey. Buckle up, guys.
So Governor Mike Sherrill finally admits it.
About 6,000 people, actually 6,600 people,
walked into the Motor Vehicle Office and pressed a button that said,
no, I am not a citizen. The system registered to vote anyway.
Let me repeat that for those in the back
who weren't quite paying attention.
The system registered...
The people who selected that they're not a citizen to vote anyway.
And almost 400 of those people voted.
So they told the computer the truth
and the computer said, welcome aboard anyway.
Now I want you to watch the goalposts move.
Step one, there's no fraud. Step two,
okay, there's not that much fraud. Step number three, okay, fine,
but it didn't really change anything.
Come on, guys. How do you know, governor?
Some New Jersey local races are decided by just a handful of votes,
not a stadium, a handful.
And think about the family
that's lived here since the Revolutionary War,
outvoted by a software glitch. Are you kidding me? It didn't matter.
That's the voting version of, officer, I only ran one red light.
So of course, the first thing that
everybody wants to know is pretty simple.
Can't we just go ahead and throw those votes out, null and void, done?
Well, here's the gut punch. Remember the secret ballot?
That's the thing. That's the thing
that was supposed to actually protect you.
Once a ballot drops in a box, nobody knows whose vote it is.
Nobody can fish it back out. It's just
mixed in with everybody else's forever.
It's like dumping salt into the soup, right? Good luck
picking out the grains with the tweezers.
So those almost 400 votes in New Jersey?
Already counted. Those ballots in Lewiston?
Already counted. Sorry folks, no refunds. The
ballot box doesn't give receipts. And the courts?
They almost never overturn an election after the
After the fact, so this means...
The real fight doesn't happen after election day.
It happens before election day, at the door,
at the voter rolls, at the table.
And once that ballot drops, the game's over.
So now, meet the one person who saw this coming, Harmeet Dhillon.
She runs the Civil Rights
Division at the President Donald J. Trump's
Justice Department. That's right, guys.
Shortly just before New Jersey's news broke,
she mailed a warning to election officials
across the country. Simple message,
keep non-citizens on your voter rolls on purpose,
And we're coming for you.
How did they respond?
Oh, they laughed.
Secretaries of states fired back some nasty letters.
Oh, very brave.
Very dramatic.
Very strongly worded, right?
So then New Jersey confessed.
Oops.
Within hours, Dillon opened an investigation.
She gave New Jersey five business days to hand
over the names. Not five months.
Not whenever we get around to it. Five days, guys. To every
official who mocked that letter, wonderful timing.
Truly, chef kiss. That letter went
from the trash can to exhibit A. So,
the Justice Department asks a simple question.
Can we see your voter rolls, please?
Now, this is just the list of the people who were allowed
About 30 states said no.
Maine was one of them.
Sheena Bellows, she has been fighting the DOJ over this for months.
You know, trying to make that a centerpiece here
of the work we do at the Department of Justice.
And we are vindicated. I already knew this was happening.
Now the governor of New Jersey has
been forced to admit it,
but they move the goalposts even further from there is no fraud
to there is a much fraud to, well, the fraud didn't matter.
It didn't sway the outcome of
How do you know that, Governor Sherrill?
There were several municipal elections in New Jersey
that were decided by a handful of votes.
Elections are decided by one vote sometimes in this country.
And to brush that off is ridiculous.
So we have opened up our own investigation here
at the Department of Justice yesterday
within hours of reading about this and have demanded
the identities of the individuals
who were put on the rolls wrongfully
to ensure that they've been removed, but also
Four hundred plus of these individuals self-identified as non-citizens
and then they went ahead and voted.
And this is after the left says, oh,
this SAVE Act isn't necessary because it's already illegal to vote.
Yeah. And it's also happening on a massive scale.
And, you know, I suspect it's much bigger than what
was disclosed yesterday in New Jersey and in many other jurisdictions,
because if it weren't the 30 states or so that are fighting me
on getting the voter rolls so we can help avoid this type of situation.
Wouldn't be fighting it.
They'd be handing them over.
We'd all be cooperating.
Kumbaya.
We'd be getting together and getting this done
for the American people so that everyone
has confidence.
But instead, they're fighting.
This includes some Republican states.
I don't even understand that.
And this should be a big wake-up call to all election officials.
And I sent a letter less than two weeks ago
to all of these election officials warning
them that if they knowingly allowed non-citizens
to stay on the voter rolls and vote.
We would come after them at the Department of Justice.
I was mocked.
I got nasty letters back from secretaries of state.
And in fact, we see that it was very necessary
and even more needs to be done.
This is facilitating a felony.
A federal felony.
So what are you going to do about the illegals that voted?
Of course, know that they're not American citizens.
They went in to rig elections.
They know they're not allowed to vote.
Nobody stopped them.
I guess there's a problem there.
But those individuals made a choice
and they committed a crime in America.
Well, I'm not going to call them illegals.
They may be green card holders. It's still illegal for
them to have voted, to be very clear, though.
And so what I want to say about that is that
we have been doing prosecutions here throughout
the United States quietly. You find them one at
a time, and then you prosecute them one at a time.
You have to go send either Homeland Security
investigators or FBI to go take statements and then check.
I mean, I just checked.
Some list that some activists sent me recently. And, you know,
we were very careful before we accused somebody of illegally voting.
So first step, demand those names. Second step, verify that they voted.
I don't trust anything New Jersey is telling me at this point.
So and then, yeah, they are subject to both prosecution
as well as removal from the United States.
And certainly, you know, when people come up for citizenship,
they're asked that question, have you voted?
And some people proudly say, well, yes, I did.
I've been voting for years. That makes you.
Ineligible to become a United States citizen.
So we are going after this all over the country.
Here's the part that should really bother
everyone watching the show right now.
Some of those holdout states are run by Republicans.
Dylan's logic is simple. If
your rolls were clean, you'd just go ahead
and hand them over. Everybody holds hands,
sings kumbaya, and we're done by lunch.
Instead, lawyers, lawsuits, locked file cabinets. It's
like your teenager yelling, you can't look at my phone,
and then swearing that there's nothing on
it. So it's like, okay, well, why are you
so afraid of someone looking at your phone?
And this is not just the main problem, guys.
Rolls that never get clean mean dead voters
and people who moved 10 years ago and two ballots
landing in one mailbox. I mean, it's just a mess.
One sloppy state waters down every American's vote
for Congress. All right, guys, so let's go ahead
and let's say what everybody's thinking caught
on camera. So where are the handcuffs?
It's a fair question. Where are the cuffs?
Who's getting arrested?
Well, here's what Harmeet Dhillon says is happening right now.
Quiet prosecutions, one case at a time.
DHS and FBI agents knocking on doors,
taking statements and checking records.
And the penalties are real. Federal charges,
deportation and a lifetime ban on ever becoming
a citizen in the United States of America.
Voting illegally? Free. The flight home? Also on the house.
Get the hell out of here. But it can't stop there, guys.
Accountability can't just end with
the voter. The officials who look the other way
and the people who are steering the pen,
they deserve the same knock on the door.
You guys remember Rudy Giuliani in New York, right?
He went after turnstile jumpers, small stuff, and big crime dropped.
Prosecute every case,
every single one of them. Talk is cheap. Handcuffs are not.
So here's the left's favorite line against the SAVE Act.
Some people call it the SAVE Act, the SAVE America Act.
Okay, we're just going to call it the SAVE Act.
We don't need it.
That's what they're saying.
The left's favorite line against the SAVE Act is, we don't need it.
Non-citizen voting is already illegal, so what are we worried about?
Oh, well, problem solved.
It's already illegal.
Bank robbery is also illegal.
Banks still have vaults.
New Jersey just showed almost 400 people doing
the already illegal thing anyway. Oh, and
the SAVE Act? This would require proof of citizenship to vote,
to register, and it still
isn't law. Senator John Thune,
he couldn't get it across the finish line. A lot of folks
are not thrilled about that.
You need a photo ID to board a plane. You need a photo ID to
buy alcohol. You need a photo ID just to pick up a package.
But choosing who gets to run
the United States of America as a country? Honor system.
Does this make any sense to anyone else?
Because it sure doesn't make any sense to me.
J.D. Vance said it best,
an illegal vote doesn't just add a vote, it cancels yours.
Now, I want you to remember that table in Lewiston.
Two people, one ballot. Tomorrow,
it's your turn. One person, one pen,
nobody leaning over your shoulder. And I think I
know what some of you guys are thinking.
Oh, it's all rigged. Why? Why even bother?
Well, here's why. Lewistown just got exposed
because one regular guy from the main wire
showed up and pressed record. One guy.
That's it, guys. So show up, check your registration,
volunteer as a poll watcher and vote.
President Donald Trump's Justice Department, they can chase
fraud after the fact.
But turnout is the one thing that nobody can void. They needed two
people per ballot. We just need you. Now, folks.
Here we are today. Lewiston got caught on camera, New Jersey confessed,
and Maine's ballot envelopes took a field trip to Maryland.
Voter fraud is not a myth.
The only myth was that nobody would ever notice.
CNN missed it, the machine tried to bury it,
and you found it right here.
Think of the one person in your life, a parent, a neighbor,
a friend who thinks that their vote doesn't matter.
Send this video to them, not to make
them angry. Send it so that they know why they need
to show up tomorrow. If today delivered,
Hit the like button on the way out.
Days away from a big, big opportunity here.
Hit the like button, guys.
It takes a second.
Zero dollars.
No helper required.
And we'll see you on the next one
because trust me, there's a lot more coming.
