Simply put, we don't know. We could say however that SpaceX HAS made an abundant amount of progress over the last ten years. They have made MORE progress than NASA has made on its own. This piece that we read from makes it perfectly clear. There have been successes and failures, in going into orbit. NASA is already using the rockets of SpaceX for its Artemis missions.
