In this video, we take a closer look at a mysterious 444-acre property near the Port of Brownsville that SpaceX appears to be developing.
The site is already seeing major construction, including roads, foundations, steel structures, and new gas infrastructure.
But if SpaceX says it won’t be used for launches or rocket testing, then what exactly is being built there?
We’ll look at the clues pointing toward a massive industrial or logistics facility, and why the nearby port and gas supplier could be so important.
