1927 Ford roadster

So it's time to check out our second batch of great rides here on Good Day. And we've got another Ford for you. I didn't even plan it like that. When Auburndale resident Rick pulls into a weekend car meet, heads turn before the engine even cuts off. Gleaming under the Florida sun sits White Lightning, a handcrafted 1927 Ford Roadster that spent the past year dominating the regional... Car show circuit, and we can certainly see why. For three years, Rick poured countless hours, sweat and precision into bringing this vintage roadster to life. Now, make no mistake. This is no catalog-ordered kit car. Every inch of this vehicle was built from the ground up, designed to honor the golden age of American hot rods with pure, authentic craftsmanship. Rick says the undisputed highlight of this project wasn't the day that they fired it up for the first time. No, it was the hours spent in the garage working alongside his father and his brother as the trio fabricated this Roadster's custom chassis all together. Certainly a work of art and a project full of love. Thanks so much for sharing this, Rick. And remember, if you have an awesome ride to share, let us know. We always want to see these great rides. Email us your photos and your information to [email protected]. And you may see your ride right here on Good Day. Make sure to include some photos, some videos, a little story about your ride. And we may show that again here on Good Day.
