We need some judges that are born here in the U.S. This is getting ridiculous. A federal judge on Friday shut down the Federal Trade Commission, the FTC's own investigation into far-left Soros-owned Media Matters. U.S. District Judge Sparkle Suknanan, a Biden appointee, issued an injunction against the FTC and blocked its investigation into Media Matters. You can't make this up. The judge says that the Trump administration illegally retaliated against Media Matters. Quote, this case presents a straightforward First Amendment violation. Judge Sparkle Suknanan wrote, in May, the Federal Trade Commission launched an investigation into Media Matters for America. The far-left group that targets conservative media outlets and personalities to try to cancel them and their businesses and put them and their businesses out of business. It's one of the crookedest operations going down currently. Soros funded Media Matters and several leftist groups like Sleeping Giants. run by Matt Rivets, have been harassing American corporations for years to quit advertising conservative platforms, websites, and businesses. The Gateway Pundit has been a prime target by these leftist groups and government agencies. Yes, government agencies. In May 2022, CNN published a hit piece on Elon Musk and Twitter. The article It was the far-left's attempt to sway advertisers from posting ads on Twitter. Elon Musk exposed the culprits behind the coordinated attacks on X advertisers, Media Matters. CNN even admitted that Media Matters sent out a threatening letter to Twitter's advertisers to quit paying for ads on the platform or else. Elon Musk announced in November 2023 that his company XCorp will be filing a thermonuclear lawsuit against Media Matters. Elon added that he will be suing their board, their donors, their network of dark money, all of them. In his statement, Elon Musk accused Media Matters of creating a fake account that then curated posts and advertising appearing on the account's timeline to misinform advertisers about the placement of their posts. The Federal Trade Commission in May announced that it would open an investigation to the far-left advocacy group for their coordinated attacks on X and its advertisers, along with other conservative sites. U.S. Federal Trade Commission demanded documents from Media Matters about its coordination with other leftist groups to rid X of all advertising. And this judge just actually stopped the investigation by the Federal Trade Commission. She has no business in America, more or less, stopping an investigation into anti-conservative groups. Try to tell me that there's no libel here. It's not freedom of speech when you coordinate to put people out of business and cancel people. That's far beyond freedom of speech.
