Our next guest has millions of fans around the world, but he's still a mystery. Global music artist and producer Sick Kick has built a massive following with his signature mask and sound that blends genres and pushes boundaries. You know, I'm trying to figure out where are your eyes in all of this. They're right here. Right here. What's it like wearing that mask all the time? It's tough, honestly. A lot of practice, but you know, I got used to it and it's become something that I wear proudly now. Now, how did you get into this? Why did you want to wear a mask? It was a bit of a difficult chapter in my life. I went through a little bit of anxiety and depression and long story short, wearing this on my face kind of symbolizes all that I went through and all that I've embraced. So going forward is now, you know, The future is as shiny as my face now. I love that. That's a beautiful symbolism there. Let's talk a little bit about your music. Yes. You know, your music is great. You've had some unbelievable collaborations. Very blessed. Okay, tell us about some of your favorites. Madonna, for sure. What was that like? She's exactly what you imagine her to be, like the mom of all moms. You know, like just this beautiful, guiding energy and light. She was so open to the ideas. And it was literally I was literally hanging out with a friend. Beautiful experience. And Frozen was the song? Frozen was the song, yeah. And the way it came together, just me having this epiphany in the shower. I just put this remix together somehow by the grace of the social media gods. It got to her and she's like, let's finish this. And I was like, man, 1% of people get to experience something like that. So I know, I count my stars every day. I love it. Okay. So are you working with anybody now or do you wish that you were working with somebody now? Um, there's lots of collaborations in the pipeline for sure but right now I'm working on my or releasing this project uh that's called I'm Not a DJ and the purpose of that is to basically showcase to the world that I feel confident enough now to show on stage I can do more than just play other people's songs and it's more about the artist you're going back to the artist the thing that I fell in love with music in the first place with you know so I'm really excited. Well, I'm excited, too. I'm wondering if, like, you know, I know you've worked with some of the greats, but, you know, I was wondering if I could help you out in some way.
