Wise Pumas ordered to forfeit 4 games due to ineligible player

What up, my people, and welcome to Fox 5's Friday Night Live. I, of course, am your host, Chad Ricardo, and we've got a massive show for you here tonight. Of course, we are going to speak to our student athletes of the week here tonight. Later on, we are going to also have... Our interview with WCAC Commissioner Dwayne Foster and a little bit later on, we've got big time changes going to our Fox 5 Top 5, but we must begin tonight with our highlights. We've got a developing story in Prince George's County and according to reports the Wise Pumas will be penalized for playing with an ineligible student-athlete and as a result of that they will forfeit four games. Fox 5 has told that Wise appealed the decision but lost that appeal today. Then the Pumas took the field against Northwestern. Let's get live. Puma Nation in full effect out there on what was an absolutely beautiful night. There are two teams who have had very different seasons on the field early. Northwestern with the punt, and it's going to bounce around just a little bit before eventually being picked up by Keon Elder. Elder picks it up and whoop! He gets past one man, then Elder whoop! Gets passed to another man as well, and you can't stop Keon Elder. You can only try to contain him. This will be a sign of things to come. Puma Nation out in full effect, supporting their squad. Later, Elder going to show that he can get it done all over the field, bro. Keon with the interception. And Keon Elder knows what to do with it. He's going to take this one all... All the way back to the house. Keon Elder done made all of his aunties, all of his uncles, all of his kinfolks proud. Moving forward, the Wads did not waste the opportunity to prove to their haters how good they are. Michael Taylor virtually untouched into the end zone. Do your dance, Big Mike. Do your dance. Break it down for them one time. And I got to tell you what, bro, that Pumas band, it is certainly one of the baddest in the land. They also were playing for their guys all night long. But as if that wasn't enough, the wide special teams would strike once again. We know how important it is come playoff time to play in all three phases of the game. Ja'Cory Harris picks this one up and sprinting all the way down the sidelines towards pay dirt. Now, a friend of the WOD program told me that they can take four games away from this team, but that this team knows that ultimately they are undefeated. WOD wins big, and Fox 5 reached out to WOD for a comment we have not yet heard back. But as we do get more information on those forfeitures, we will report them.
