And it'll look like.
Christopher?
Thank you, Lauren.
It is Halloween in Saturday,
and the biggest fright of the day could be on the football field.
The Bulldogs taking on the Florida Gators right now
at Mercedes-Benz Stadium.
And the Dogs are off to a strong start.
Fox 5's Annie Mapp is live at the stadium,
and she's been catching up with fans.
Annie, how are they feeling?
Christopher Mercedes Benz is packed with fans inside,
but those without a ticket are not missing out on the fun.
As you can see, they are out here tailgating
and having just a good old time. As you can see,
there are both Georgia and Florida fans all celebrating together.
Unfortunately, Florida doesn't have.
Anything to celebrate, to be honest, but as you can see, there is music
food and both teams are just having a good time coming together.
Fans say this year's matchup has a different feel
with the traditional rivalry moving from Jacksonville to Atlanta
while the stadium there undergoes renovations.
That change in location hasn't stopped the excitement.
Thousands of Bulldogs and Gators fans made the trip to the city,
filling local sports bars and tailgate spots hours before kickoff.
And since it's Halloween, some fans are adding
a little extra spirit to their game day traditions,
breaking out costumes and decorations to go along with the team gear.
It's hate week. I mean, we got to play like we got to always play.
Feeling pretty good right now. Got a big lead.
It's like Athens and Atlanta. Like, it's super cool. Yeah, yeah.
So, like, they're barking on the sidewalk, like, go Dawgs.
I don't know where the Jacksonville, I mean, excuse me,
where the Florida fans came from, but mm-mm.
And the score is currently 0-24.
Obviously, Georgia Bulldogs are winning this game right now,
and hopefully these people want them to win this rivalry
so that they can continue this tradition next year.
But for now, reporting live in Atlanta, back to you.
Well, 24-0, Annie. Don't have too much fun out there.
Thank you so much.
