Fall favorites with The Salty Donut

all right welcome back just in time for good day cooks casey is joining us from the salty and you are in costume as well so yes yes and working up a little witches some spells and stuff out of this world okay so you have a very delicious spread for us but what are we highlighting this morning okay this morning what we're highlighting is our um Cookies and cream, but we call it spooky and cream. Naturally yummy. And it's really great. It's our 24-hour brioche, and we actually layer it. We have some with cocoa powder, and then we have our vanilla one that's naturally colored orange. And then we put them together, put a wonderful marshmallow glaze, and then our in-house cookie crumbles on top. But what I'm going to show y'all is there's a chocolate. I'm going to split the Spiderweb, yeah, and we have all the chocolate, so it'll show y'all how you can make your designs. Now, once you do do it, you can make anything you want, and it just takes about 20 minutes, so it could add anything fun to stuff, no matter what the season is. So you want us to make a web, or what do you want? Yeah, so to do a web, you're going to do a cross. Okay. Up and down, yep. Okay. Yep. Oh, gosh, oh, that's already coming out. Not so great. And then a cross. Not my forte. And then, yep, right down the middle. I'm the lost cause. The big web. What is happening over here? And then here. It probably just dried right here. Thank you. I appreciate it. There it is. Yep. Okay. Like, oh gosh. Now you should be able to get it. There we go. I am not an artist. Oh. Oh, yeah. Okay, that's one way to, like that? Yes. Sure. There you go. And then you're going to do in the middle. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. Okay. People can come get this though. Yes, they can. Today is the last day for it, but then we get into the gears for Thanksgiving and we're actually doing our pie donuts this year. It's limited. Hey, you know what? The best part about it is it's still chocolate. But I do have this right here. So to attach it, you'll just put Put one little dot. Okay, I think I can do that unless I screw that up. I'm making a spider. There you go. I should stop. And then you'll just pop that on top? Like that? Yeah, just so, because then when the chocolate dries, it'll hold it there. Brilliant. I know. Brilliant. Oh, wow. She just got all creative. I was going to do a spider, but ran out of time. Yep. Okay. Just plop it on? Yes, ma'am. That's it. You're supposed to put a dot of chocolate. Yeah, a dot of chocolate, because then what'll happen is when that chocolate... Oh, it'll stay. Yes. Oh, like a little chocolate, but this is a little something that y'all can do, you know, for anything, cupcakes, birthday parties, but you see how fragile it is. Yes. Okay. How can people get to go like that? Beautiful. How can people get these today? Oh, yeah. Sorry. I'm meeting. I'm sorry? How can somebody grab one of these today? Oh, and we are located, we have two locations in Austin, our office is South Congress, and then my store is at the Domain on the north side. Okay. So yes, we'll have them there. We've got extra supplies ready for this wonderful, fun Halloween. And we're all decorated, and we're known for our coffees, vibes, and donuts. Okay, these Thanksgiving pie, how can they get that good? Starting on the 2nd, they can pre-order. They will be able to pre-order either apple, pecan, pumpkin, or our chocolate cream. And it goes through the 18th, and then it's pick-ups on Thanksgiving week. Do you have a favorite? My favorite. Gosh, you know, I'm a Texan. I love that pecan pie. It is definitely so good. So good. Oh, wow. Oh, wow. Yes, we use a 24-hour brioche. Absolutely. I love me some pumpkin. Here you go. Would you like some? Oh, this is good.
