How to Make Indoor S'Mores, Smoore's Recipe - Печенье 'Cмор сэндвич"

Hi guys, welcome to another episode of Allergy Free Food. Today I'm doing another quick video and it's going to be indoor small sandwiches. They eat them a lot in America, especially when they go camping now in summer. So I'm doing the collaboration video with DSweetTreats. She's got an amazing channel. She's got loads and loads of desserts. You can check her out and she'll be doing a small recipe as well. Let's get started. This recipe is very easy. I'm only going to be using three ingredients. I'm using square cookies. You can use any square cookies, in America they use graham crackers and I've got marshmallow fluff, you can use that or you can use real marshmallow and all we're going to need is milk chocolate. So first of all I'm just going to be putting the marshmallow fluff, it's a bit sticky, you might want to use two spoons and we're going to grill that for about 45 seconds. You can see they just came out from the grill. And they're just starting to get this beautiful colour. You need to keep an eye because it's really easy to burn them. So now we're gonna put chocolate on top. Just like that and just press. So we're going to place the other biscuits just so they get a bit of a toasted flavour. Okay, you can see the chocolate's nice and melted if you poke with your finger. Now we're just gonna let it cool for a few seconds and I'm gonna put it on a plate and sandwich it together. Yum, look at that. So we take the biscuit. Press, and all of this comes out. Oozy chocolate, oozy marshmallow. This is a really easy recipe, so I really want to try one. I'm not going to lie, I'm going to be very messy probably. It's all sticky and gooey. Probably a bit hot still. Mmm, oh my god. Wow. These are like real s'mores, just indoor ones. You can have these while watching your favourite TV show, or just with a cup of coffee or tea. Thank you so much guys for watching.
