My Running Trainers (Excellent For Treadmills)

So guys I think it's time we get some new trainers. As you can see these have worn down quite a lot. This is a bit of a joke now but yeah these have been great trainers they're called Nike Tangens I believe. I don't know if that's how you pronounce it tangent but yeah as you can see all the treadmill use has sanded down my trainers and one thing I will say about these trainers is They're very slippery on wet surfaces, on wet cement and stuff like that. I think it's probably because the solver's been sanded down so much, but it looks like I'm walking on ice. But they've lost me. I don't even know. I'm gonna find out when I bought these on Amazon and I put it on the screen. They've been great trainers. Provided me with a lot of great memories. Mostly walking. But it's time to get some new trainers. And for the replacement, I bought you the exact same trainers. And they're looking very nice, very fresh. As you can see, they have an actual soul on them now, unlike me. And yeah, this is just a comparison. of the old versus the new. These are fantastic trainers, very fixed sole so it's good support when you're running. I always recommend to get high quality trainers. I think these cost me £45 or £50. I'll put the receipt on the screen so you can see how much they cost. But yeah they're quite, they're fairly good value for money and yeah I just can't recommend these trainers enough. Of course I'm not sponsored by them I don't normally go for Nike clothing, I'm normally just, as you can see, I just go for unbranded, just band t-shirts, stuff like that, so I'm not really a fan of major sporting brands or anything like that, I don't really follow fashion as I'm sure you can probably tell, but for trainers I think Nike is a very safe bet, I know some people pronounce it Nike, but it's definitely Nike. But yeah, overall extremely Lightweight, my old ones lasted me a very long time, and as soon as they've run out I've bought the exact same pair, so I do highly recommend these trainers.
