This weekend is very important because there's going
to be a bunch of kids out and about here tomorrow evening.
Please be careful on the roads
when you have trick-or-treaters out and about, okay?
45 degrees is your temperature.
Here is a look at our satellite view, and this really tells the story.
You can see the clouds circulating counterclockwise offshore.
That right there is an area of low pressure that is continuing
to spin moisture, and this thing has been hanging out.
Off of our coastline pretty much all week long.
And with that, it's been continuing to bring showers to the area.
Right now up to Lynnwood through Seattle and continuing on into SeaTac.
You're seeing showers, heavier rain up near Poulsbo right now.
And down south towards Olympia,
we're seeing a little bit more moderate rain showers.
Temperatures in the low to mid 40s.
We're going to be topping out today closer to 50 degrees.
It's going to be a cool day and a wet first half of the day.
But second half of the day, we should see some sun breaks in the mix.
Then tomorrow, looking much better.
We'll get into that in a second.
Upper 40s, low 50s for the central sound.
Low 50s down in the south sound.
You can expect rain showers throughout the day with temperatures
in the upper 40s and low 50s in the north sound.
And heading out to the coast and the strait,
I'm expecting temps out there in the 50s for the most part.
Port Angeles, you'll be a little bit cooler.
For Halloween night, trick-or-treating time,
I'm going with between 5 and 8 p.m.
We'll be looking at temps right around 50 degrees.
It will be dry and partly cloudy.
Your sun will set tonight at 555 and tomorrow night will
be our last five o'clock hour sunset of the season
because we are going to be setting our clocks back an hour.
We're falling back, bringing ourselves back to standard time on Sunday.
So the sun sets will be before 5 p.m. on Sunday
and for the rest of the year.
And that means in just three weeks,
we're going to lose an hour and a half of daylight in the evening.
Our sun will be setting before 4.30 in three weeks.
All right, seven-day forecast time.
Monday night football, Seahawks and Bears.
That looks dry, mostly cloudy.
And then as we get into Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday,
I'm going to go mainly dry conditions there, too.
And it's going to be a bit warmer.
