Replacing link on a fire damper

On the one I was just on, I thought I got some video trying to diagnose it, but apparently I didn't. This lady was complaining that it wasn't heating, and it's making funny noises. So I checked the heat. There's nothing wrong with the heat. On further investigation, it's not heating in one room, but I did get video of what I found and how I took care of it. So here it goes. And she said in this room, she has no heat. And if you look up there, Fire damper's closed. I have a, I just happen to have a 180 degree fusible link for a fire damper and that's what she needs. All right, I got it open, but just barely, that thing's hard to click behind there. As you see, there's no room for your hands.
