Tripping breaker, stuck compressor. Ohming out a compressor.

All right this morning we got a system that's breaking the breaker. I don't have access to the inside. There's two out here. This one was running so excuse me the other one was running Good morning. so we're going to check this one and see if See ya. if it's the one that's tripping the breaker. Check for power. It's 6.2 volts so that this must be the one tripping the breaker. We're going to home out this compressor real quick. Homes, how come that wasn't beeping? At this capacitor, because it's 72 microfarads, I pushed in the contactor and it just kinda homes. All right, I'm gonna try to pull this and see what that capacitor's rated at. The thing is not tripping and breaking right away, but the capacitor reads 70, and I was able to read that, and that says 70. So the capacitor's good, and we tried a little super boost here, compressor will not start. I'll show you what it does. It draws a lot of rotor amps stuck. This is a compressor. This is a 2012. Probably be working on this this weekend.
