Welcome to my channel. Summer is here, sun is shining, weather is beautiful. Now you don't want to bake a lot in your kitchen so today I'm going to show you how to make no-bake strawberry cheesecakes in a cup. It's so quick, so delicious and I just love it. So let's get started. We're going to need some butter biscuits, icing sugar, vanilla extract, fresh strawberries, double cream, full fat cream cheese and I'm going to use these two glasses for presentation but you can use anything anything else. Crush your biscuits with the back of your rolling pin. In a bowl combine your double cream with cream cheese and your icing sugar. Add half of strawberries into one bowl. Add some icing sugar and mix it in. This is such a quick recipe so now we're just going to assemble everything into our cup. Isn't this absolutely gorgeous? So fresh, so summery.
