Today I'll be sharing with you my favorite recipe of this beautiful,
super fluffy and moist apple cake.
It's called Sharlotka.
That's a Russian apple cake and it's perfect for dessert,
for brunch or as a snack for an afternoon tea. Let's get baking!
We're going to need eggs, soda, vinegar, flour,
sugar, sour cream and green Granny Smith apples.
add your eggs into a bowl add
your sugar we're going to whisk that until it's
nice and fluffy add a little bit
of vinegar into your baking soda so it
starts to bubble up and add
that into your mixture add your flour mix just
until it's all incorporated do not over mix
the mixture preheat your oven to
180 degrees Celsius
or 350 Fahrenheit I'm going
to be using a 10 inch spring
form pan and I've lined it with some
parchment paper already and I'm just
gonna butter the sides to make sure
the cake doesn't get stuck to actual pan add
your apples to the pan
pour your batter place your
cake onto your cooling rack
and just run a knife around
the cake gently peel off the parchment paper
