James Coughlin, World News Report today. Mystery. Female doctor found dead and naked in Dollar Tree freezer. Authorities say no foul play is suspected. A female doctor was found dead in a Dollar Tree freezer in Miami this week. 32-year-old Helen Fazil Garay Sanchez was found deceased and naked inside the store's walk-in freezer in Little Havana on Sunday. Sanchez reportedly entered the Dollar Tree the night before she was found. She made no purchases and was found in an area designated for employees only. Authorities say no foul play is suspected. Originally from Nicaragua, Dr. Correa dedicated her life to medicine, earning recognition as an anesthesiologist specializing in heart disease and whose work brought hope and healing to countless children and families, compassion, skills, and commitment to saving young lives to find both her career and her character. Something's not right here. Beyond her profession, she was a loving mother to two children who remained in Nicaragua and were the center of her world. Why would a doctor practicing here in the U.S. have children who remained in Nicaragua. I think they better take a real hard look at the father. Her strength, warmth, and unwavering love for her family will always be remembered. Here we go, it gets even stranger. Dr. Helen Gray passed away following a tragic accident while she was traveling abroad. Her family's greatest wish is to bring her home to Nicaragua so she may receive a proper funeral and a final resting place surrounded by loved ones. CBS News reported a death, not murder, investigation is underway after a woman was found dead inside a Dollar Tree store freezer on Sunday morning. The City of Miami Police had said in a statement around 8 a.m. Miami Police officers responded to the Dollar Tree location at 968 Southwest 8th Street in Little Havana after an employee called saying that there was a deceased woman inside the business. According to the Miami police, the woman, later identified as 32-year-old Helene Marcel-Guerre-Sanchez, was found inside the Dollar Tree's freezer. Quote, Complainant found a naked female in the cooler of the store. Dispatchers were heard saying over the police scanners. Video from the scene on Sunday showed police and fire rescue officials headed to the back of the store gloved and carrying equipment. Ladies and gentlemen, there's a lot of questions that come to mind. Why was she traveling alone? And what was she doing in Miami? Why would she be naked? Why would she be in an employee-only area of the store? And, well, I guess, why is there no murder investigation occurring. Sounds very, very strange to me.
