Hunting for problems

This is a not cooling to capacity of, it's not cooling down to 78 degrees. That right there might be the problem. Because this, this is nice and cold. We have a much newer air handler, 2013. I don't think the drain's a problem. We may have an intermittent problem outside. Let's look for that. Alright, as I'm checking this thing out outside, if y'all see here i have no capacitor hooked up for my fan and look at this that's just barely in there if you can see down there there's a capacitor hanging towards the bottom all right that's a five so why in the world didn't they hook up to that i'm sure if i can get a clean connection to test this it's reading 4.9 so the capacitor is good i'm still going to remove that that felt kind of loose 42 judging by the just the amount of rust that was on that capacitor it may have not been getting a good connection even though the capacitor was good i don't know about where y'all are but out here it is freaking hot today i might have to start working i might have to start wearing cover my arms because i'm getting caught you see those connections on that And then the connections on this, I mean that could have been just enough of a reason to keep that motor from starting.
