Caramel & Oreo Cheesecake In A Cup | Карамельный чизкейк no bake cheesecake recipe

Today I'm going to show you how to make Oreo cheesecake in a cup topped with caramel, more Oreos and it's so so good, super delicious, looks very fancy and it's so easy to make. We are going to need cream cheese, double cream or heavy cream, vanilla extract and caramel. homemade caramel but you can use shop bought as well. I've got some Oreo cookies and some fresh strawberries. Add your Oreo cookies into your food processor and blitz everything together until you get nice and crumbly consistency. Next we're going to add double cream into a bowl with icing sugar and mix it until it's nice and smooth. In a different bowl add your cream cheese and the rest of your caramel and then whisk it until it becomes nice and smooth. Then we're going to add more of our whipped cream and mix everything together. Don't knock too much air out, it should be nice and smooth. Place a piping bag with a plain nozzle on top of your cup and then put all your caramel cheesecake mixture inside. I like to decorate my cups by dipping them into the caramel and then back into the Oreo cookies. That gives it a nice effect. We're going to start layering our cheesecake. Add your Oreo cookies then followed by caramel cheesecake then add caramel sauce on top then more cheesecake and more cookies more cheesecake and more caramel and just repeat the layers until you get nice and layered cheesecake and here you go beautiful caramel Oreo cheesecake it tastes really delicious make sure you place it in a fridge if you don't eat it straight away otherwise enjoy
