Judge Boasberg Finally Put In Check By The Trump Administration!

James Kaufman, World News Report today, political activist and clown with a robe shut down an appeal by Trump administration. Our old friend, one of the biggest problems in American history, has finally been shut down from holding President Trump in contempt, refusing to go pick up dangerous deported gang members and bring them back to the USA after they had been deported. Yes, Judge James Boasberg, who tried to run our country from his district court, has been denied the ability to go after Trump for ignoring the ridiculous order as it should be. This guy has made a mockery out of the judicial system and is a clown. The D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals on Tuesday voted 2-1 to end Judge James Boasberg's criminal contempt inquiry related to Trump and the Trump administration's invocation of the Alien Enemies Act. The three-judge panel ordered Boasberg to end his intrusive contempt probe of the Trump administration, period. Last March, Boasberg granted a temporary restraining order to stop the Trump administration from deporting thousands of Venezuelan nationals that were Trin de Agua gang members under the Alien Enemies Act. Boasberg then threatened to hold Trump officials in contempt for not bringing some of the world's most vicious killers and criminals and rapists back to the United States. All of his orders were ignored, as they should have been, and he decided he would hold the entire Trump administration and Trump in contempt of court and try to jail them. What a bozo. Judge Boasberg said he found probable cause to hold the Trump administration in criminal contempt of court for defying his order to turn around planes carrying dangerous Venezuelan gang members, but finally the appeals court has instructed him to go pound sand.
