President Donald Trump spoke to a packed crowd here in Perry. The president making a stop, of course, in support of Mike Collins and Rick Jackson. President Donald Trump making another stop in Georgia with a little over a week until Election Day. The president speaking in support of Republican candidate for governor, Rick Jackson. He started as a foster child. He became worth hundreds of millions of dollars. And he said, I want to be, I want to straighten out that great state that you love, right? The president also speaking in support of Republican candidate for Senate, Representative Mike Collins. One of the most respected congressmen, one of the most respected people in Washington, D.C. And in the Senate, he's going to protect our borders, our safety, our culture, our civilization, our religion, our heritage. Both candidates also spoke to the crowd with a last-minute push to get people to go out and vote. You know, I don't have anything to prove. I really don't. But I have a lot to give, and that's why I'm running. So I need your votes. Y'all help me get there, and I'll continue to deliver, to deliver a more affordable, more prosperous, more productive Georgia. And when we get there, we'll haul that trust fund kid out of there. The president says if both candidates win, they can always call on him for support. He says they will help make the economy boom in Georgia. With these two people, it's going to boom like never, ever before. And I'm going to help them make it. I'm going to help them make it boom. And the president also announced a new car manufacturing plant for Audi in Macon. Reporting in Perry, Tara Jabbour, Fox 5 News.
