O.J. Oleka, chief executive officer of the State Financial Officers Foundation, joined NTD's Steve Lance to discuss President Donald Trump's new whistleblower incentive program, how it differs from existing whistleblower programs, and the role citizens and citizen journalists will play in cracking down on government fraud.
Oleka encouraged every American to participate in the president's whistleblower program. He also discussed the importance of a strong state financial officer, a state treasurer or state auditor, who has the incentive, as an elected official, to root out a lot of corruption and fraud.
