This is Pyramid Rock at Phillip Island in Victoria, Australia.
To get to it you have to do a short drive along Pyramid Road a well-graded dirt road.
If you go there to see it, when you get to the end viewing platform, look to the right or left heading back you will see a Penguin’s nest beside the platform.
