Horse Head Rock is in the Bermagui State Forest in New South Wales south coast Australia.
About 1.5km from the car park on a one way elevated walking track to the viewing platform or can see it from the beach but only at low tide, but watch your tide so can get back before tide come in.
About 370km from Sydney or around 4 hours and 55 minutes.
Well worth the visit as you can also see Camel Rock and Dragon Tail at the same time.
