AI GeneratedDerek Eyre of EXP Realty is listing a 12-acre family property on Ramsey Lake. While the existing buildings have suffered significant vandalism and are in poor condition, the primary value lies in the land. The property offers a prime opportunity for buyers to rebuild or create a custom home on a historic lakeside lot.
Derek Eyre, work for EXP Realty.
I've got this property listed and it's 12 acres on Ramsey Lake,
which has been in the family for many years.
I think they bought it back in the 50s.
There was all farms on this side of the lake at the end of South Bay.
Vandals have got into the buildings,
so the value I would say has to be in the property,
but the buildings could be rebuilt.
It's a bit of a catastrophe, but there's two nice-sized
buildings. One has a basement, one without.
I think people have to look past the state of the
buildings and consider just the land.
And, you know, those buildings, they may not want to keep
them or just keep the decks and then build their self a nice home.
Do you think people might be
hesitant seeing that there was vandalism here and thinking,
well, if I move in here, it could
happen again? I think the vandalism starts
when you're not here every day. You know, when you
when you walk away from a place in the fall
and you don't come back till uh april or may
you know people out on the lake traveling
when no one else is around even people hiking through off
that conservation area you know they walk
in and they say oh geez what's this you know that's when
trouble starts because no one's here
but if you're here all the time not an issue i wouldn't think
