These chocolate macarons with mango ganache are the best thing ever. These luxurious little treats are the perfect hit if you are a fan of chocolate and mango. They look gorgeous, they taste divine, and you get a real sense of accomplishment from making them. The basic Macaron starts with two almond flavored meringue cookies that have a thin outer crust that breaks easily when you bite into it, yet inside they're wonderfully soft and moist. I hope you enjoy this recipe and make these for special occasions! They are filled with delicious chocolate mango ganache and are to die for.

Welcome to my channel Ala's Yummy Food.
I'm Ala, the host and the chef of this show.
Today I want to show you one of my favorite macaron recipes ever.
I know I say that about
a lot of my macarons or my recipes in general,
but this one is my favorite because I love mango.
So I decided to combine mango ganache,
like on white chocolate, together with chocolate macarons
and the combination was made match in heaven.
They're so delicious, so yummy, so crunchy and
you really get that mango flavor in each bite.
So yeah, I hope you enjoyed this video. Don't forget
to subscribe to my channel,
it's completely free and I upload new videos every single week. Now
let's get started. In a bowl add white chocolate together with double
or heavy cream and we're
going to melt this in a microwave in 30 second breaks
then you want to mix it and make sure
that the chocolate is completely melted just like
this and at this stage you're going to add your
mango puree so you want to then mix everything together until it's nice
and even you will see
even the color will change to this beautiful bright yellow mango color
then you want to add
a little bit of unsalted butter and make sure it's melted completely.
Then add your cling film
and make sure it's touching the ganache
and this goes into the fridge overnight or at least six to
eight hours until it's nice and set.
Once your ganache has set you can take off the cling film
and on the lowest speed you want to go with your food blender
and mix everything together until
the mixture starts to thicken up
and at this stage you can place it into a piping bag with
no nozzle and we're going to use this for our macarons.
You can also use this filling for any other dessert that you want.
In a food processor add your icing sugar with almond powder
and cocoa powder and blitz everything
until it's nice and smooth.
You can also do this at home with a sieve,
just make sure you do it two times or three
times to sieve it through.
Then we're still going to sieve this mixture. So in a bowl add your
mixture and sieve it through using a spoon
or just shake it off from your sieve. It is essential to
do this so we don't have any large lumps in our macarons.
Then the mixture is looking nice and
well. We're going to set this aside.
In a separate bowl we're going to whisk an egg white and mix
everything together until it becomes nice and foamy.
You then want to add a little bit of sugar
at a time while whisking and your mixture should be nice
and white and pale and like meringue sort
of type. So keep whisking until you have nice stiff peaks.
So add your meringue one tablespoon
at a time into your dry mixture
and you just want to go around and mix everything together
until everything is incorporated.
This process takes some time and you do want to be patient
and quite gentle while mixing everything together.
So just keep going around mixing it all until you
start to see that the mixture becomes more chocolatey
and more like a paste. Once you have
finished you're looking for a final sort of clue
which will give you an indication the macarons
are ready that they kind of fall off your spatula
and fall and sort of go
around your bowl so that's the time
when it's done guys and girls I have my
recipe on my website
at alasyummyfood.com you'll find full ingredients and
also directions on how to make
this and also you'll be able to find loads of
other recipes that I do for my channel
and just click through click on a
picture and you'll be able to see
the whole video with the directions and the
full recipe in English and Russian languages.
Place your mixture into a
piping bag and seal it from all the sides and make sure you use a round
piping tip. You then want to go around your parchment paper
and the baking dish
and put little blobs around.
Shake it up, place it on the counter and hit it a few
times from both sides and leave it to completely set
for about half an hour up to an hour until
the macarons form a nice skin on top
so when you touch it you should have no fingerprints of the
chocolate left we're going to bake them for about 10
to 15 minutes at 180 degrees celsius or 350
fahrenheit and once they're done they're gonna look
so beautiful and lovely just like this you
can place them together into two shelves
so you can find similar sized now take your mango ganache
and pipe down onto each macaron shell just pressing it down
and pulling so you have a nice
little blob on there once you've done that with all your macarons you
then want to take a second
shell and gently press on top and just kind of move it around
and make sure it's like a nice
sandwich so yeah look how beautiful this is i've
also decided to decorate it with some white
chocolate some golden buttons and some edible flower roses
but feel free to decorate your
macarons in any way that you really like
so i've put them in a fridge to set completely and after
a few hours they look just like
that very delicious i hope you make this recipe thank
Thank you so much for watching.
