Всем привет! Welcome to my channel Alla's Yummy Food
and to my wonderful kitchen.
Today I want to show you a super easy, delicious,
no fuss, vanilla layered cake. It's so, so yummy,
so easy to put together. If you don't even have an oven,
this could be a no-bake cake because you
can do stuff in the pan.
Absolutely fantastic flavor, so delicious and tasty and definitely
a quick dessert to put together i really hope you enjoyed
this video let's get started into a food
processor add your sugar flour
and cold unsalted butter now we're going to blitz this until you get
nice firm crumbs if you don't have
a food processor you can just grate the butter by hand
but make sure you do it fast as we don't want it
to melt now the mixture should look just like this
what you want to do next is take your mixture
and place it onto a parchment paper on the baking tray
spread it out all over and this is going to be our cookie base
which we're going to use for our cake
then just gently spread out your cookie crumbs all over
the tray making sure you know it's nice
and even so they can fry and roast evenly
then you're going to bake these and it depends on
your oven but roughly 25-30 minutes
in the meantime we're going to make our cream add your
eggs and sugar into a pot together with vanilla extract
and cornstarch and just mix everything
together until it's nice
and smooth you want to do this step before you place this on your
stove top so that you know you don't have any lumps of cornstarch
and everything is nice and
even once you've mixed everything together you're going
to add sour cream and then mix everything
again until you get a nice creamy mixture you can see it's going
to become thicker already
you're then going to place this onto the stove top
and you're going to cook this on a medium to low
heat constantly whisking
and making sure it doesn't burn go around the sides and you will see
the mixture will start to thicken up around the edges
so just constantly keep whisking it up and
once it's firm and thick just like this take it off the heat
and then add more unsalted butter
and then quickly incorporate the butter
while your mixture is nice and hot. Keep mixing it and
this should make this cream super silky and absolutely delicious.
Look at that. Then I
recommend adding vanilla seeds.
If you don't have them you can use vanilla bean or vanilla paste
or just vanilla extract
but we really want a strong vanilla flavor so I highly recommend
adding the seeds and our cream is done now after 25 minutes
my crumbs have gotten a nice golden
color so what you want to do you want to go ahead
and break the cookies with your spatula or wooden
spoon and just bake them for a bit longer until they get more brown
and golden if you don't want
them golden you can just leave them as they
are but i usually liked it a bit darker in the meantime
i'm gonna prepare my molds over here i've got
my baking ring i'm gonna line it down with acetate
tape this step is optional
but i do recommend it if you want a nice cut of the cake so just
measure out how much you need and place it inside your cake
and now let's have a look at my crumbs
they have become more golden and brown
and honestly the house smells amazing break down
your crumbs and this is done we're going to start layering the cake
so you want to add your cookies
down first and we're going to add the first layer
and make sure you go around the edges and spread
it into the corners as well now you can use any mold that you want
and depending on the mold this
is how many layers you're going to get i'm going
to be using three layers of cream and cookies
so divide your cream into three and your cookies into three
and then once you've spread your cream
over go around the edges
and it might be a bit sticky that's okay you're then gonna go ahead
and add the second layer of your cookies so just
go ahead and cover your cream just like that and
then you want to add more of your cream on top
and you want to work pretty fast with your cream
because it's starting to become more firm you could
also use potentially a piping bag if you
wanted to make it nice and clean
but if you're doing this at home and you don't want to bother
then just do use your spatula like i'm doing over here
and then add your last layer of your cookies
and just spread them around and cover your cream nice
and even and now we're going to place our
cake into the fridge for several hours
or best overnight once your cake is done you want to
take off your mold peel off your acetate tape
and you'll see the cake is absolutely perfect and
pretty you do want to assemble the cake straight away
on your presentation dish as it makes it much
easier to then you know put it out you can serve it
as it is or you can decorate it more if you
wanted to and look how amazing it
is it has completely soaked through the cream has softened
the homemade cookies and this cake is just
so fantastic it's crunchy it's got a really strong
vanilla flavor and oh my gosh it's the best you know cake you can have
and it's so quick to make
i really can't wait for you to try this enjoy
