It's a small group, but none of y'all have reached out. there will be a group tonight and I look forward to meeting you guys if you want to email me today to get the last-minute details you are more than welcome to come email me at Chanel Jasmine at gmail.com this week Friday June 18th at Orlando Florida support group meetup Saturday Miami Florida we're gonna be on the beach on South Beach we're gonna have the support group like I did last year right on the beachfront you are welcome to come email me to RSVP Chanel jasmine at gmail.com july i will be in london england to all my people who have emailed emailed me to to come to the london england support group meetup you guys know you have a high risk of covid right now the the country is on high alert and i've been biting my nails so i've had a very difficult time um reserving an indoor space okay because i have a space this is not my first seminar but i actually reached out to the last place uh and like because of covid i don't think they are letting anyone do events indoors so what we will do london england is we're going to have an outdoor picnic at hyde park okay so our support group meetup will be saturday july 10th in hyde park it is a picnic bring your food your blankets everything i will email you the meeting location where we're going to meet we're going to meet at stratton street um right by the park and we're going to walk over together to have our picnic so all my people in the uk london england come on out this is a free event outdoor picnic there will be a rain date if it rains on the 10th we'll do it on the 11th okay fair enough great um and that's it so let's get into this video about hoovering hoovering hoovering hoovering hoovering i'm having salad for breakfast by the way because i pigged out so bad in atlanta and south carolina i'm like oh no sis stay on top of your weight get back on track can't play that i work too hard to get all this weight off honey salad and water fruits and vegetables oh spilling water okay so this video is about what happens when the hoovering slows down or comes to a complete halt does it mean that the narcissist is no longer watching you does it mean that the narcissist has given up on you the answer is no okay and i'm gonna explain this based on my own experiences so y'all have a better understanding into the mind of a narcissist psychopath sociopath and how obsessive they are over their victims once a victim escapes um for those of you that are new to my channel and you're not familiar with the word hoovering real quickly i'm just going to reiterate for you newbies hoovering is taken from the word hoover as in hoover vacuum cleaner hoovering is the act of um why is there a huge dog running the street but i forget this memphis we in the country he better keep his big ass right in the street i'm glad i'm sitting in my truck anyway hoovering is the act of sucking someone back into a relationship it's when the narcissist attempts to suck you back in uh just like a vacuum cleaner uh he may say you know after you've broken up and he knows you're devastated because you caught him cheating he'll either text call send a family member send one of his high school friends he'll some some type of way he'll he'll pop up in your life startle you and uh you know i miss you i love you well had you did things this way maybe you know he'll deflect the blame but the goal is to still you know keep you emotionally hooked and to also downplay your role as a side piece okay a lot of life coaches don't talk about this but hoovering is also an attempt to pull you back in to make you become a side piece because you have been replaced and they're now in a new relationship the new rebound uh situation with the person they were cheating on you with they're not done with you they're hoping that you know by hoovering you pulling you back in and uh you know they'll either throw the friendship card at you um why don't we just be friends it didn't work out it happen, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. Let's be friends. No, never become friends with a narcissist because they were never your friends from day one. Someone that abuses another human being is never a friend. I don't care how they explain it. You couldn't be a friend to me during the relationship. How the **** are we going to be friends after the damn relationship? I thinks the **** not. Okay. But the narcissist will try to, uh, be friends with you because, um, he wants to continue to control you. He wants to continue to be nosy in your life. If you don't have kids with him and you're not married, then he has to have some sort of enmeshment or entanglement with you. So by throwing the friendship card out there, he thinks in his mind, well, she'll be a friend. She's settling. I can slither my way in, sleep with her, not have no type of commitment. We can do friends with benefits, **** buddy. And I could throw my new relationship in her face and tell her how wonderful it is and still try to get money and anything else out of her never ever ever be friends with a narcissist so that's what hoovering is they're going to try to see if you'll be a friend or or um downplay you if you're willing to be a friends with benefits situation so that you'll compete with their new lover hoovering is just to keep you emotionally stuck on them they may pop up to your house you may catch them driving past your house they may pop up to your job um they know where you shop and you eat because that's where you used to you know when you was with that that person y'all used to go out to a certain restaurant y'all used to hang out they're going to go to the places you used to hang out please by all means you got to block everyone connected to the narcissist especially if you don't have kids it's hard when you have kids i understand that but if you don't have kids and you're not married there's no reason you need to be in touch with their family their inner circle of friends all mutual friends get off facebook deactivate Facebook you got to disappear and go heal somewhere because trust and believe when I tell you the narcissist is watching and not only is a narcissist watching you and your social media he's got his family he's got his friends and even the new lover the new supply is watching you you're being gang stalked and you're not even aware yeah everything is silent it's quiet you don't think no one's watching you're oh oh baby you're being watched not by one but by multiple people everyone attached to the narcissist is on the same cult hive like agenda they're going to gang stalk and attempt to pull you back into that toxic uh harem of bullshit and drama you've got to remember these people work as a cult they work they work together as a group collectively um so in this video um that i've explained hoovering to the new people to all you uh seasoned veterans in here y'all know what hoovering is but i still have to explain it because people are learning about this every day and they have no idea what happens when the hoovering stops or it's no longer you notice that they've stopped attempting to hoover you now this video really is for those of you that are way advanced in your healing stages those of you who have um i mean you have done your no contact like a boss you have been militant with it every time they pop up you shut it down there's no comment like myself i'm a beast at it when my ex my ex thought he was gonna weasel his way back in cause you know i changed my cell number everybody in his family i blocked him from facebook i blocked him from emailing me i changed my cell number all my ex had was the number to my job and you can't change your job's phone number so i had to screen the calls his name would pop up on the id i wouldn't answer or i would have my co-workers answer say she's out for the day i refuse to talk to him every time he called my job i reported him to his probation officer i said can you tell him to stop calling and stalking me i don't want to talk to him if he's laid up with his baby mother what the **** is he calling me for it's over but meanwhile he's telling the baby mother and his friends and family that i'm stalking i want him it's the complete opposite i was done with him so much that every time he called my job i avoided his calls and i reported him and i filed police reports but he won't tell anybody that um every attempt okay then i went i attempted to get a restraining order that didn't go through so i packed up my ---- and i moved back to new york and i had things set up you know in south carolina you know even though we broke up i still was going to move on with my life get my own place move my daughter in i had jobs lined up you know with the tv station i had amazing things lined up i do very well people people gonna learn if it ain't my family and all my exes don't **** with me don't ever try to cripple me or put me in a situation where i gotta be homeless or hungry or without because bitch i'm a survivor i'd rather live in a ******* cardboard box on the street with a bunch of homeless people than to go back to the people that kicked me down in my ******* teeth not only did you kick me down you you you know while i was down you kicked me you stomped on me while i was down so i don't i don't run back to people that ---- on me period point blank and that this is the mentality of the narcissist is they think they're going to cripple you and push you out in the cold and you're hungry and homeless just so you could go crawling back they think you're going to crawl back to them begging or you're going to you know fall in line with what they want that's why they break you down because they want you to fall in line that's why they cheat on you they think by pulling in this other side chick that you're going to get jealous and fight and fall in line don't ever do that ---- to me don't ever ******* kick me down don't ever try to throw another bitch in my face don't ever try to ******* play me you feed me to the wolves if you ever feed me to the wolves bitch I'm coming back with the entire wolf the pack behind me I lead the pack of wolves and I'm gonna run that ---- and I'm gonna run your ass the **** up out out out the way everybody that's tried to cross me mother father sister they got they they get to let me taste and they got to learn the hard way I'm a motherfucking beast at this ---- you throw me to the wolves bitch I'm returning bitches watch me steal from fake pages the the latest thing because my ex is an ex he's an ex convict he did federal time he gave my motherfucking email away to one of his uh well two of his ******* friends that are still locked up these motherfuckers email me how does a federal how does a goddamn inmate get my personal email yeah because he gave it to them dude gonna email me talking about i want life coaching and and and and i saw your ad in the magazine and i want you bitch number one you're in prison then you got counselors and resources in prison but you got college courses everything you need ************ is free in prison what you going you go you spending money you ain't got no ******* money you broke as hell number one in prison how you gonna hire me bitch and number two my ad in my magazine says nothing about life coaching my personal email is not listed in my in my magazine ad the ad is to sell a book so you lying you lying you got my email and the fact that i do life coaching from my ex who gave out my ---- i blocked that ---- i reported the ---- to the prison and i shut that ---- down i don't want no more uh emails from ******* prison from nobody **** him so i have blocked him i rejected him every time he has tried i have shut that down so what i'm saying to you is when i when a narcissist tries to whoever you and you keep shutting them down they will do a heat check heat checking is nothing more than them stalking your social media they are looking for a moment of vulnerability my mother did this to me during covid because new york had a high covid rate she popped up out of nowhere after 10 years sent me a message from a fake page oh we want to see if you're all right i blocked her because she doesn't care about me she just wants to see if i have covid and i'm sick and I'm crippled. **** that bitch. The heat check is when they stalk you through social media to see if they can Hoover. Don't fall for it. Y'all have a blessed day.
