We've got something in the mail.
Let's check out what it is and open it up together. Let's go.
Now you guys know we got that power rack about
a little over a month ago, but we didn't have
anything else to go with it.
Now we finally got these bad boys in the mail today. Let's open them
up and see what we got. We're gonna have
to bring them inside first before we can start opening them.
Now it looks like we got ourselves a Rit Fit
adjustable bench to add to our gym that we're
building in the garage.
We also got a Rit Fit barbell, 45 pound barbell,
and we just need to get our hands on some
weights and then we can start really taking
these workouts to that next level.
Let's open them up Viking style.
You know how we do it around here.
We use our axes to open everything that we get.
Let's go. We're gonna start with the bench first.
All right, you gonna help me with this?
All right, rip it open rip it open. Come on.
All right, that's what we're working with inside
Let's see what all these pieces are and put this bad boy together
One piece pieces tools can't
forget the instructions
Although I'm sure it's not that difficult to piece together.
Looks like it comes with a whole set of exercises you can do, too
All right, we'll refer back to this to show you guys some
of these exercises you can do using the bench. That's it
It's empty. So
Now we go and piece it together, right?
And these are pretty much all of the components of the bench
I think it's only gonna take us
a few minutes to piece this thing together
Now they do provide you with two wrenches to put this thing together
So if you don't have tools, don't worry about it.
They give you everything you need to piece together
together. But if you've got yourself a socket wrench,
you will make your life a lot easier
in piecing all this together and voila,
you got yourself an adjustable bench for doing home
workouts. This bench is fully adjustable. You can adjust the backrest,
you can adjust the sit, the seating right here,
so you can raise it up if you want.
And then you can also do the same thing with the backside of it.
This whole thing goes up and down so you can set it up for whatever
exercise you want to do.
Now we're going to open up this bad boy and it weighs, it feels like it
weighs more than 45 pounds. I wonder why it's so heavy.
Let's open it up and see how this thing
looks. Now this might require something a little finer
with a little more finesse than an axe.
We're going to use the knife to get this side open.
All right, let's open it up here. Pull
that side. Pull, pull, pull, pull, pull.
And there it is. Let's get it out of the plastic.
pull pull pull pull pull pull pull let's go now
this is a 45 pound barbell which we can start
doing a lot of different exercises
with and show you guys how to use it to get those gains huge
thank you to Rit Fit for sending these over stay tuned

both of these home workout tools now remember

you get gym equipment at home, why wouldn't you use it?
I'm not just saying you have to stick to
only calisthenics or body weight exercises.
You can get stuff that is not going to break the bank
like a bench and a barbell with a few weights
and do so much with it and overload those muscles
and take your calisthenics workouts to the next level.
Start doing hybrid workouts where you do
both sides of styles of training.

these products and workouts you can do with a bench
and a barbell stuff that you can do around

so if you've got one around i'll show you exactly how
you can use it to take your workouts to that next level
as always if you guys enjoyed the video
smash that like smash that subscribe hit that bell for notifications
so you never miss a new video
and i'll see you all in the next one
if we're sticking around to the end of video i want to
give you guys a home workout that you can do using a bench
so if you've got a bench available or even
if you're at the gym and you happen
to have one you don't have any equipment or weights i'm going
give you guys a good workout that you can
do using the bench. First exercise is
gonna be decline push-ups.
Feet up on an incline, stick them on that bench, keep
your body straight and stiff.
You're gonna do ten reps here like this. As soon
as you finish your ten reps,
you're gonna do ten pike push-ups from the bench like
so. Boom. If you can't do them with your feet on the bench,
do it with your knees
on the bench like this. Do ten reps.
As soon as you finish that, you're gonna go
into the easiest variation
and you're gonna do bench push-ups right here for
20 reps just like that finish that set take
a one minute rest and you're gonna
repeat it two more times that's gonna be your chest triceps
and shoulders all in
three quick sets get that upper body nice
and worked alright next up we're
gonna do hit up legs so what I want you
to do first thing we're gonna do is jump
squats onto the bench so from here
and jump up I'm gonna come back just watch
your landings explode up you're gonna
do 10 jump squats after that you're gonna
do 10 step ups so from here
and step up onto the bench I'm gonna come back down
just like that boom after
your step ups what you're gonna do is eccentric squats
so you're gonna squat down slow until
your butt touches that bench as soon as
it touches the bench explode up and reset
and the 10 reps boom and explode
take a 30 second rest
and then we're gonna do one final exercise that's gonna
just blow up your legs and really push you to that limit
so we're gonna do Bulgarian lunges
right here put your foot up on that bench other leg here
and you're gonna come down and up just
like that if you really want to push it you can
do explosive ones come down just like that 10 reps on
each leg if you want to repeat
that whole leg circuit again take about three minute rest do it
it one more time
