This is a the warmup I do before a workout. The goal is to get the muscles moving and the joints moving before proceeding to the full on exercises and AVOID INJURIES during the workout. Now you can follow along and warmup with me!
Warming up is important to help prevent injuries. Getting injured during a workout can really set you back and stifle progress. Warmups will get your muscles ready for the workout and wake them up!

Now I've gotten several requests to do a warm-up video.
So I'm just going to walk you guys through
my typical warm-up. What you can do is follow along.
This is not necessarily the best way to
do it or better than any other way.
It's just how I typically do it. So I like to just warm up my
full
body,
get
the
blood
flowing
before
I
start
my
workouts.
That's
pretty
much
it.
I
don't
do
anything too extensive. Once I get loosened up,
I get my shoulder joints moving, my hips moving,
my knees get the blood flowing
then I'll typically do some push-ups after that maybe some pull-ups a
few squats some burpees a little more explosive than
the ones I showed you just earlier but warm
up super important right you never want to start a workout cold
and stiff so really great to just
get your joints moving get loosened up
and then hit your workout really great for injury prevention
give it a try let me know what you guys think
and if you think of some other exercises that I should
add in that you think are really beneficial let me know in the comments
smash that like smash that subscribe I will see you in the next one
