Indiana Candidate Jaime West Admits Having a Few Beers Before Viral Interview

Parking is expensive. Driving is expensive. Going and have to face your elected leaders face to face is scary as well. A lot of people, I'm going to be completely straight with you. A lot of people assumed you might have had a drink before you did that interview. Did you? I, of course, lied. I had a beer. One beer? I mean, maybe a couple. How many beers did you have? I was nervous, okay? I get it. I thought I was going to win with the full Republicans. We've all had a drink when we're nervous, but just to be clear, Jamie, here's your chance to be completely honest and transparent. How many beers did you have? All right, three. Three beers. Okay, well, it's trebled in the last 30 seconds. What do you mean, say it, man? I had three beers, okay? Okay, so do you accept you may have been a little intoxicated? not that intoxicated but i do know what i'm talking about okay indiana politics have you had any beers before this interview no you're completely sober yep okay well look you said some very inflammatory things about republicans you wanted to fire them all you called them racist and dumb and said we have guns too is there anything you said whilst under the influence of your beers that you now with the benefit of hindsight maybe wish you hadn't said no i say it all the time i'm not friends with them i don't like them okay they voted for all of this that's happening and to our country or we have a constitutional crisis we have an illegal war going on i mean my next door neighbor just graduated high school just finished the crucible for the marines now i'm afraid he's gonna go into this illegal war and die i mean i have every right to be angry and so does every american We'll be right back.
