Tatum, Coach talked earlier this week about how despite what kind
of challenges you guys were facing, no heads were dropping.
You guys seemed to kind of retain your energy,
and particularly on defense, obviously,
that showed early tonight, even when the offense was struggling.
What is it about you guys that you're able
to play at the level you were able to and give
the offense just enough time to finally get it going late?
Yeah, I think it comes from our preparation, man.
Throughout the week, we've been practicing hard.
We've been trying to figure out ways to be better.
And I just give kudos to the guys, man, playing really hard
and physical on the D-line, at backers, in the secondary, man.
Everyone just played super hard, man, and that's how we get it done.
You said last week that your standard as a defense is 13 points.
I know they technically scored more than that tonight.
But do you guys feel like you played more up to your standard tonight
and kind of reached that goal?
Yeah, I think that we played hard, physical,
and I think we did a great job on defense.
Obviously there's a lot to clean up
and obviously we want to get that under 13
points but overall we played we played hard.
I'm proud of the guys for doing
their job and doing it at a high level.
