Ingredients:
50 g butter.
Melt the butter.
50 g (1.76 oz) honey.
1 teaspoon baking powder.
4 eggs.
A pinch of salt.
70 g (2.46 oz) sugar.
20 ml (0.7 fl oz) vegetable oil.
100 g (3.5 oz) all-purpose flour.
600 ml (20 fl oz) milk.
Zest of one lemon.
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar.
1 cinnamon stick.
2 egg yolks.
50 g (1.76 oz) sugar.
30 g (1 oz) cornstarch.
Juice of one lemon.
For me, that’s 20 ml (0.7 fl oz) of lemon juice.
50 g (1.76 oz) condensed milk.
