Ingredients:
3 eggs
A pinch of salt
50 g (1.76 oz) sugar
20 ml (0.7 fl oz) vegetable oil
80 g (2.8 oz) all-purpose flour
200 g (7 oz) cherries
Juice of 1 lemon
30 g sugar
20 g (0.7 oz) cornstarch
Soaked in cherry juice
Juice of 1 lemon
50 g (1.76 oz) condensed milk
100 ml (3.5 fl oz) heavy whipping cream
