Time now for a check of the weather.
We are shockingly on storm watch.
It is so beautiful out.
How are we on storm watch?
It's a contradiction here.
Yeah.
It's to prepare for tomorrow.
So if you're looking for those outdoor plans
and we head throughout what's left of our Wednesday,
or Thursday rather, we're going to be seeing a really decent night.
But as we head into tomorrow, things are going to take a turn.
We're looking at a soggy day.
It's not the entire day, and I want to emphasize this.
There will be dry periods,
but we are going to be dealing with multiple rounds of some gusty rain
and the potential for thunderstorms.
First round arrives potentially during your early morning commute,
so make sure you have that umbrella with you.
You might need it later on as well.
It's not just the rain, it's also the wind,
and it's temperatures that are going
to be cold once this front passes through.
Our Friday itself is not very cold.
We're actually above average temperature-wise.
But as we head into the later parts of our Friday,
I would say evening, potentially during your evening commute,
there's another round of storms.
And I'm keeping a close eye on this one
for the potential for those to be severe.
So we're going to keep an eye on that.
But it's rainy, it's windy,
and it's going to be just a not pleasant day.
So in terms of that severe level threat, we're in a number two,
which means we could see scattered severe storms.
My main eye is going to be on that second round
that moves through during the evening.
That's going to be after the sun has the opportunity to peek out.
We could get some juice from that, which could provide
the energy needed to have some of these storms become strong to severe.
I'm not as worried about hail,
but I do want to keep an eye on the potential for damaging gusts.
As of right now, tornado very unlikely.
my main concern is that straight line wind
as well as those downpours that
could lead to some isolated flash flooding.
