We just wanted to say thank you so much for coming, obviously,
and genuinely say we have such a fun time making this show.
We actually love each other very, very much,
and it's just such a treat to know that people love watching it
as much as we love making it.
That's not always the case,
so it's really thrilling to be here with you guys and celebrate it.
Everyone in the pool.
Oh, my God.
I'm going to stay out just because my nose is running, Tim.
um uh yeah thank you very much for being here
a huge shout out to our Los Angeles based uh crew
it's a real uh joy to be able to shoot uh
in the best uh city in the entire world season three well
he's feeling really confident he's failing
on he's feeling on very uh he feels like he's on
very solid ground with Joanne and he's excited about the future
and he's taking a big bite out
of it well like i said it's full it's full steam ahead
and they're they're moving in together
he's fighting for his old job
and you know they're committed is what i'll say she's she's
converting to Judaism
and um you know they're looking ahead towards a life together and and
a family and there's a lot there's a lot less of can we
and a more of a lot more of how should we
always a plant. I love a plant as a gift.
Not flowers. Those are so temporary. A plant,
cactus, succulent really can last a long, long time.
So I love that. And I never am like,
I have too many. Familial. It's always been warm.
It's always been fun. But I think it's like
we're really in each other's lives now.
And I mean that in the best sense.
you can expect it to be a really romantic season season two
was them working out the kinks
it's sort of post those three months
of like honeymoon stage where you don't really know
each other yet season two was this is the hard part
of figuring out what if we could actually
make it work and season three is what it looks like
to make it work i think we test the boundaries
of morgan and sasha's friendship
and figure out what their feelings are there if there are any
and Esther learns what it's like to be on the dating scene
as a single mother out in the world
in LA and it maybe isn't as easy as she thought it
was gonna be I mean everything is a learning
curve I learned a lot season one I would say it's like I
was like a baby thrown into a pool learning
how to swim and I drowned a few times
and then now I know how to swim and I think collaborating
with each other is a much it's a smooth process now
so i love like candle holders kitchen towels
is a good one um there's a store in la that i've
been getting all my home gifts for which is called
coop and it's a great one on beverly that's where i get all
my housewarming gifts well it starts out
dealing with the this sort of trial separation that he
and esther are on and i think one of the
biggest things that i maybe didn't notice at the time
but i've noticed since watching is that i
think there is like a there's like a lot
of maturing going on not just for for Sasha but
for I think for some of the other people there too
and I really like playing in ensembles and
it's a really incredible ensemble uh both cast
and crew and uh that is honestly like the best
days on set are when like the five or seven
or nine of us are all together it's almost like he's
forced into it just like you just gotta rip
the band-aid off it's one of those
things I don't think he really wants to be doing it
and much like if I were in
thrown into the dating scene I've
been married for a long time I wouldn't know
what to say or do a good bottle of wine
and more expensive than you would buy
for yourself like get something
that they're gonna like think twice about
opening it's like maybe we should open
this thing maybe we make it a little bit
more special that's a good one
a candle always kind of slaps good candle like
she was toying with I'm fine I can
be fun why is everyone else and then in
season three she put her money where
her mouth is and is like now I'm actually on
the journey to discover
who I am outside of being a wife and a mom and asking
myself the questions I never did I just
so many of us just go through our lives
I genuinely learned what reflecting
was like within the last few years I was
like oh to think back on the but I did that already I've always said in
interviews like the main difference between me
and Esther because we do have a lot in common
we're both you know sort of opinionated strong Jewish women
but our big difference is like I'm
a clown I like for me not to be making crazy faces
and doing bits it's like that's just forever and
Esther is not that way she is very sort of buttoned up
and what will the neighbors say I have never
once even considered what the neighbors would say
and so I think in season three a little bit of
like goofiness, but there's such, she's so much more lighthearted.
It's like an anvil's been
lifted off her sternum. Her whole life has just been this like,
you need to wear the right thing
and you need to pick that up and you need to,
you know, and that is sort of this matriarch that
she's been. And now she's sort of like,
I'm on a date and I don't know what to do. Don't make it
weird. I guess that's not a spoiler to say she makes it weird.
We just get such a kick out of
each other. We love each other
and support each other. It's really, I don't
know, it feels like it's like some lightning in a bottle situation.
I do. It's generally either like a Diptyque candle
or a Votivo. You know,
it's like it's a little low-hanging and easy,
but you always want one. You always
need one.
