Jedd Fisch on an Idle Demond Williams

We saw on tape what we saw live, and we felt like we appreciated the way our team battled. We certainly felt like when you look at how the team competed until the very end, that final drive, the final stop, but certainly wasn't good enough on how we want to play. How being cleared to play did you start Friday? I don't know. That would be pretty much of a hypothetical at this point because I don't envision being at that spot to have to make that decision. But if he is, then we'll talk about it as a staff and see how healthy he is. I don't want setbacks. I don't want a situation where if he barely can make it back and then we start him and then we wind up losing him for weeks after that. So we'll go deal with that at the time. like a number of reps or days he needs to be active this week in practice to feel comfortable starting him or um no i think um right now we're just going to proceed with um elijah taking um the reps today, Demond can't take any reps today and kind of go from there but um there'd have to be a pretty significant change uh for anything to change there
