Stop looking on her social media. Focus on yourself and what you need to do to get back on top. What women have to realize is most men are narcissists and they are extremely competitive. that's why he targeted you because before you got with him you had a lot going on for you you're successful and it was his duty to trap you within a relationship to diminish you and break your spirit to bring you down to his level break you you understand and not only that when he's done breaking you he is going around gossiping to his family and his friends talking the most ---- about you he's setting the stage so that when y'all break up because he is going to push you to break up first so he he looks like the good guy she broke up with me first when you break up with him he will have successfully destroyed your reputation to everybody so you look like the bad guy he's going to tell everybody you cheated you were such a bad you know partner everything his job you know because he's competing with you he has to be on top at the end of the relationship he has to look like the good guy the champion the winner you are the bad guy you are the villain and by him turning you into the villain he won the competition you just didn't know he was competing with you the entire relationship but yes in his mind because he's a narcissist everything is about a competition with a narcissist they have an inferior complex and they're incredibly insecure so they are always in competition with all types of successful people even the the partner their spouse their lover they compete it's just a sad situation when their own partner is unaware of the competition this secret competition and not only will the narcissist compete with you in that relationship he will have his side chick his mama his female cousins the the co-worker that he's sleeping with at his job these women are also in secret competition he has built a ******* silent army against you understand just to bring you down to the gutter that's how powerful you are that's how threatened he is of you this is all about competition with the narcissist. You're sleeping with the enemy. He is your number one competitor. You're just not aware of it. So what happens when you break up with him and he's out here turning you to the villain, tearing your name down. You were good to that man, but he's still out here in these streets telling everybody that you're the ******* villain. You're the cheater, the liar. Oh, he's dragging your name through the mud what do you do and what do you do when that side chick that he was ******* is now replaced you she's the new girlfriend she's popping ---- she's stalking you she's helping him to further tear your reputation down she don't know ---- about you she don't know all the abuse you endured she doesn't know that you helped that man lent him money co-signed on a car held him down with his kids she don't know nothing but she's sitting up listening to him believing all the lies so she decides to tag team with him and they both stalking you and ganging up and she's helping him tear you down a lot of these women will actually you know call your job and stalk you and follow you to your job and want to fight you outside in the parking lot and they know where your children go to school because this dude has sat up and told this chick everything he's got this chick obsessed with you now this is what you do as hard as it is to ignore both of them that's the key to destroying them both individually and as a couple block ignore um press charges for stalking harassment you don't argue go back and forth if you want to deactivate your social media and disappear out of sight you can do that too so they can't stalk your social media but you got to make it known with your actions that their behavior it will not be tolerated the stalking harassment all that you're done with the relationship and since he's done with you and since he's told everybody you're such a bad person he needs to ******* focus on his new relationship and go be happy with her but see he's not ******* happy and neither is she the more you ignore both of them and go on with your life you bounce back you get yourself together you get in the gym you get a better job a new car get yourself together honey pop out when you get yourself together and pop out because the plan for him that was his plan to to destroy you and leave you in a gutter but what happens when you pop out looking better than you look better than ever balling successful graduating college bought a new house and he's still stuck in the same ******* place with this chick now his friends or family they're all stalking your social media when they see the new and improved you and they see that he's still stuck in the ******* gutter he's going to bully the new woman he's you know because a true narcissist will never take accountability for being a toxic man a horrible man a womanizer of you he's never going to be accountable he has to blame somebody he's going to blame the person closest to him that side chick turned girlfriend she's going to catch hell because he could not make you jealous of her he tried he tried to play y'all against each other he tried to triangulate y'all you said whatever sis you can have him he's your problem now I'm moving on and I'm about to level up your level up is so ******* incredible he's furious he's furious because it makes him look bad it makes him look like a liar everybody's now looking at him like damn she seems to be doing better now without you so who's really the liar in the relationship who was really the villain she not sad and broken down she looked actually she looks much better now that she done left your ******* tired toxic ass so his friends family people are not stupid people gonna be putting two and two together they're gonna say nah it was him the problem is him and guess what he's gonna be destroying her life he's gonna be so mad that you beat him at his own game and you didn't uh um you know you didn't go back and forth with his new chick you ignored him you blocked him he has no other choice but to take it out on her so while you're leveling up he's bringing her down that's all y'all gotta do ladies stop fighting with these men when you're done with them treat him like he never ******* existed he's not going to change he's just going to be another woman's problem and yeah he might be buying her gifts and taking her on vacations and posting on social media that's to hurt you he's the same person all that gift giving and all that he's going to stop giving her gifts when he realizes it's not affecting you then he's going to start to bully her because he's mad that he's lost you and nothing that he's doing is working nothing he's doing is getting a reaction out of you she's going to catch hell I do not condone men abusing women however I had to break this video down to make you understand that the more that you level up after an abusive relationship the more that your abusive ex will punish and bully the people around him and he will start with that side chick first and he will actually bully his family members the same it might be his mom and his sister the same women in his family that was jealous of you and spoke against you yeah they're gonna catch hell too he's gonna blame everybody because now he's pushed you away he don't know how to get you back he really thought you wasn't gonna go nowhere but he fucked around and he found out so now he's got to bully and punish and vent to everybody around him keep leveling up he's gonna bring her down
