I have been no contact with my entire family for a year and a half now. No contact? No contact. Not a phone call, not a text, not a nothing? Nothing. For a year and a half now. Okay. Chris, how about you? It's been four years since I've had contact with my parents and my siblings. Four years. Not a word? Not a word. Okay. And Oprah, it's not a trend, okay? I went to Oprah's Instagram page and that's where I saw that video and on her page it says you know this trend of people going no contact it's not a ******* trend let's get that out the way first and foremost this is people's livelihoods we're talking about a worldwide mental health crisis and the reason why so many people are speaking out is because the narcissist is being exposed narcissism has reached an all-time level and we are tired of it we are tired of being bullied by our parents we are tired of not being recognized and respected as adults when we're sitting down having a simple ******* conversation with our mom and dad trying to get validation and understanding and they don't hear you they don't recognize you because they still see a ******* child sitting in their presence they don't want to acknowledge the adult but it's funny though because see if your mother or father is a narcissist in early childhood if you are the scapegoat child you will be parentified parentified means turning a child into a parent figure see when your parent is a narcissist they they need to emotionally dump on you that's the only reason they have children and if your parents were born around the same time my parents were born then your parents are baby boomers baby boomers in my opinion are the worst ******* generation of them all. They are the most narcissistic. They are the reason why this country is so messed up. The government, the politicians are full of boomers. Our president is a boomer. I rest my case. Growing up with a parent that will not see nothing but what they see. They don't believe in therapy. That's why a lot of us are walking around undiagnosed with autism and ADHD, neurodivergent in need of services we got beaten bullied as children for stimming and weird behaviors our teachers told our parents that we needed extra help and our parents being narcissistic arrogant ain't nothing wrong with my child they'll grow out of it but we'll pray it off of them they mishandled us they abused us and then they gaslight us by saying well i did the best i could I made sure you had a roof over your head food on food on the table clothes on your back I did the best I could no you didn't mom and dad because still today 20 30 years later we're no longer little boys and little girls we we are adults and as we stand here trying to hold a conversation you don't respect us as adults because of your narcissism you want to keep us small as an infant, as a child. You don't want us to have an identity outside of you. You want to control our money, our friendships. You want to control every aspect of our lives and keep it to yourself. You're selfish, you're manipulative, you're calculated, and you destroy your child's mental health. You've been destroying it this entire time. And now that your child is an adult and he and she he or she has the power to break free and never speak to you again now you're sitting up playing victim now you won't be accountable for the trauma pain and PTSD you've caused your child you won't even apologize you won't even go to therapy and own it because you are a narcissist and a lot of y'all have autism might I add but because your narcissism is so powerful. It won't allow for you to get a full blown assessment, a psych evaluation so that you can share with your children where they inherited the autism and ADHD because it is hereditary. But you know, Oprah has some ******* nerve and you know, she did say in another clip that she has a girlfriend and she says that her girlfriend's daughter cut her off. And that I guess prompted her to do this podcast on why this is such a big deal now. It's not a trend. It's a mental health crisis. And so many of us are cutting our parents off because they are narcissists. You cannot get through to a narcissist. They're in denial. They're professional victims. They don't acknowledge the pain, trauma, child abuse that they've caused their children. They don't want to acknowledge their child's autism, their dyslexia, their mental illness. They want to weaponize their child's mental illness against them a lot of them will falsely call the police they do horrible things to destroy their children they want to control their grandchildren take their grandchildren away that's a whole nother video they're bullies when they can't control their adult children that's why they're getting cut the **** off and I do believe that Oprah is a narcissist as well as well as her close girlfriend it takes one to know one and Oprah's days are numbered too she's very passive aggressive. Her mother did her dirty. So I find it interesting that she would flip this around and say it's a trend. It wasn't a trend, Oprah. You know, it's not. This has been going on for a very long time. That's all I'm going to say.
