AI GeneratedThe speaker criticizes Oprah Winfrey for allegedly acting as a spokesperson for Baby Boomers to gaslight victims of familial abuse. They argue that many Boomers are narcissistic and have normalized trauma, passing it down to Gen X and Millennials. The speaker asserts that \"going no contact\" is often a necessary last resort for adult children to protect their mental health from toxic parents.
Oprah Winfrey has become the spokesperson,
the invisible spokesperson for Baby Boomers.
She just playing in our faces and think we don't know it.
That podcast, in my opinion, was a way
for Oprah to gaslight abuse victims.
And when I say abuse victims,
I'm specifically speaking to those who had to cut off their
parents who were traumatized
and had to make an incredibly difficult decision after trying
multiple times to patch things up
and work things out with their parents.
We go no contact because it's
the last resort after trying multiple times, after wearing
ourselves down mentally, physically,
becoming chronically ill, sick, high blood pressure,
what have you.
our mental health suffering depression anxiety suicidal
these are the things that happens when
when you keep trying over
and over again with an abusive narcissistic parent a baby boomer per se
and you keep getting the door slammed in your face
because when your parent is a baby boomer
and a narcissist they have tunnel vision they only see what they want
to see and they don't
view their children as people their children are objects
and extensions of themselves so they'll
never respect their adult child as an actual adult there always
be a child to the narcissistic baby
boomer we have to remember that Oprah Winfrey
is also a baby boomer and um you know I think most
baby boomers yes I said it before I'll say it
again they're narcissistic which means they're
delusional and most of them were abused
and um instead of them making the choice to do better
to treat their children better than what they were treated they go
and justify their reasoning
for abusing their children i'll give you
an example baby boomers um these are the toxic
ones i'm speaking of because i do understand there's
a small percentage that are not toxic
and they broke free and they're doing better by their children
but these the these baby boomers
that i talk of i speak of they are pure toxicity
they they they just destroy their children's
mental health and all that you know
but they they love to gaslight y'all and we all know that
infamous line i put a roof over your head i put food
on the table clothes on your back that's gas
lighting you know but i got another phrase
that the baby boomers love to use to just you know
they use this phrase over
and over again to justify their reasoning for abusing their children
and wanting their children to accept and tolerate the abuse repeatedly.
We got our ass beat and we
turned out all right. My mama beat my ass and I turned out all right.
I survived. My daddy beat
my ass. We all got beat when we was young.
We all turned out all right. Did you really turn out all
right did you really because why are all
of your children in therapy now you missed the mark
somewhere no you ain't all right
but you have deluded yourself because you have normalized
abuse pain trauma and suffering within your family
because your parents have taught you to
tolerate abuse and sweep it underneath
the rug whatever stays whatever goes on in this house
stays in the house that's gaslighting too
um y'all have normalized abuse so much that you have
deluded yourself that you turned out all right
in spite of the abuse physically yes you are alive
and breathing but you're fucked up up here what happened
to you in childhood fucked you up up here
and then you turned around you didn't go
and seek help or therapy because you feel like
something you know therapy is is only meant for crazy people
and it's not therapy is for everyone
all the boomers need to have their ass
in therapy they all should have they shouldn't have had
children okay but having a child
and having a family back in the 70s and 80s it was just the
cool hip thing to do listen just because you were
******* abused does not justify your reasoning
for abusing your children. My question to the boomers,
why didn't the abuse stop with you?
It's unfair that you, whatever you were taught
when you became an adult, you had the power and
the choice to not repeat it and do it to your own children.
You transferred trauma onto your
children and then you get mad
because your children will not tolerate the ---- now that
your children are adults and we have
this wonderful internet we have this wonderful social media and
we are all coming forward
and telling our stories you motherfuckers are spiraling you didn't turn
out all right yeah physically you're breathing
you're still alive praise be to god but up here
bitch that's where y'all fucked up
y'all motherfuckers is walking around undiagnosed
with ADHD autism bipolar disorder instead you use drugs
and you drink to self-medicate instead of
taking your motherfucking asses to the ******* psychologist
and getting a prescription and going
to therapy so that you can patch things up
with your children zero accountability and all you can
******* say is we got our asses beat
when we were little we turned out just fine no you didn't turn
out just fine because now we have a whole generation
of Gen Xers millennials we all are in
therapy for the damage that you caused
and we have tried we have tried dragging you to family
counseling we have tried pleading
with y'all motherfuckers we have tried we have tried doing
things your way it doesn't work you
do everything except avoid therapy sitting down with your
children in the presence of a mental health professional
to get to the bottom of your pain
and trauma so that you can make changes
so you can rebuild your relationship with your children
if your children don't like you
and they ******* with you it's your fault it's how you treated them
in their childhood
and now they're returning the motherfucking favor own that you did that
i feel like oprah did this podcast
because it's her way of positioning herself to defend the baby
boomers because right now they're spiraling they're crashing out
and spiraling all over the
******* place because their adult children are cutting them off left
and right oprah thinks she
slick she ain't fooling nobody you cannot make a show
and gaslight victims into reconnecting
with their abusive family a lot of us were SA'ed
and molested and y'all still encouraging us to go
back to the person that essayed
and molested us you're still encouraging us to go back to the
parent that traumatized the **** out of us knowing
the motherfucking parent is never going to change
due to their narcissism, their psychopathy, their psychopaths.
And so is Oprah. That's all right.
I will leave this in the hands of God.
I believe Oprah, her days are numbered because she played
this too cool. She was doing the passive aggressive thing,
but I can read through her.
Oprah stands with the baby boomers because that is who she is.
She is a narcissist just like the
rest of her generation and they love abuse they love to justify abuse
and why they're reasoning
for doing it to the younger generations
but it's a new motherfucking day we're not having it
