What you need:
4 cups water
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 packet Drink Mix

In a small saucepan, place one cup of your water, sugar and salt, Bring to a rolling boil. Once a boil is achieved, sprinkle on your drink mix. Stir.

Take the syrup off the heat. Pour into the rest of your water. Stir to combine. Refrigerate until ice cold. Serve whenever you need extra hydration, like during a workout.
