What happens when you take an iconic health pack from the HALO video game universe, 3D print it, and turn it into a real, functional everyday carry first aid kit?

That’s exactly what we’re doing in today’s video!

For this project, I 3D printed a replica of the classic HALO health pack, inspired by the first aid kits featured in HALO: Reach. Rather than simply printing the model and displaying it on a shelf, I wanted to take the project one step further by actually building a usable first aid kit inside it.

The result is a compact, video game-inspired medical kit that combines 3D printing, practical organization, and everyday preparedness.

THE 3D PRINTED HALO HEALTH PACK

One of the things I really like about this model is how closely it resembles the original health pack from the game.

The design features:

* A recognizable white exterior with red medical markings
* Functional screw-style hinges
* A magnetic closure system
* Multiple interior storage compartments
* A central compartment designed to accommodate a roll of medical tape
* Additional storage areas for individually packaged medical supplies

The hardware integration is particularly interesting because it transforms this from a simple decorative print into a functional storage container.

BUILDING THE FIRST AID KIT

Once the print was completed, I stocked the container with a selection of practical first aid supplies.

The contents include medical tape, bandages, antiseptic wipes, individually packaged medications, and other compact medical essentials.

I also incorporated UCO weatherproof matches as an additional preparedness item.

Most of the medical supplies came from a medicine refill kit, making this a relatively straightforward project for anyone interested in recreating something similar.

The objective was to make good use of the available space while keeping the recognizable HALO health pack appearance intact.

We are back with another review and today we're going to be checking out a cool little first aid kit that I themed from Halo. So without further ado, let's hop right to this review because today we're going to be doing a Halo themed first aid kit. So today we have the model down in the description. You want to print this yourself, feel free to go on down there, download it yourself. Multicolor is the only option, but if you don't have a multicolor one, you can just do single color and figure it out. Maybe you want to do paint or something like that if you want or not. But yeah, this has some hardware. So if you're looking to get into this It's got you're gonna need screws to do the hinge does have a wall mounts You can see that has a little screw holes in the back for wall mount. We have magnets here on the latch So let's open this up and see what we got inside. So here we go. That's a scatter pattern This is everything that I was able to put in here? Here's the magnets You can see those the lid and right there reverse the polarities of the magnets I'm gonna show you everything that I got in here. This is really freaking cool like I said you can mount this to the wall the thing that you heard moving around in there were these tweezers which you can literally just I mean you don't have to have the tweezers flat like that or just kind of hanging out in there you can put them tuck them away somewhere if you really want to so we'll start with the lid here I put a striker strip we got a couple alcohol cleansing wipes to wash your hands or wipe an affected wound how I did this kind of broke down around the center and then there's a center cavity so let's do the center cavity first um you see this little nub right here which has three strike anywhere weather matches those are in there we probably use the tweezers to pull those out and above that you see a little compressed towelette then we have a roll of tape from 3m these are bandages that are put on either side of the roll of tape it kind of holds everything in place but also allows you to get access to whatever you need i have one piece of gauze right there and then i have three packs of antibiotic ointment same thing over here three packs of antibiotic ointment that are kind of stuffed in that little gully. Top and bottom is where I ended up putting some meds. What did we put in here for meds? We put two aspirins, we put two acetaminophen, and we put two, what is this one? Oops. Calcium carbonate. So antacid. So, and that is up top. And then down here, ended up doing, we did two packets of electrolyte, two packets of ibuprofen. We did a allergy medicine and then we put another antacid so I couldn't fit everything on one side so I had to split them up into basically two even stacks so the antacid got split but a nice little med kit like I said halo themed you could make this bigger if you want to scale this up you can make it bigger but my only thing that I'm going to tell you about is the magnets aren't going to be the same size and the screws for the hinges are not going to be the same size so if you make it to the point where you measure the holes ahead of time and you can pre-plan the size magnets you want to use i would do that so don't just rush in and scale this thing up to the largest thing that you could put on your build plate um make sure that you have the hardware for this thing to work afterwards um that's my only advice for something like this i will leave the link down in their uh description to be able to print something like this but i think this is neat to be able to have a i don't know video game themed first aid kit like what if there's a crossover that works with something like this for example um i'll feature it because i like video games who doesn't um but i think this is the form and the function of this is a pretty complete first aid kit um it's not a full everything you would ever need for first aid but it's a complete first aid kit for what you would need compared to what you buy at the store that i can definitely tell you and the fact you can print this yourself hang this up on the wall it has easily health identifiers on it doesn't necessarily even no one even needs to know that this is from halo you know what i mean could just be a cool little kit and if you end up printing one of these let me know down in the comments below did you find a use for these two little sections right here did you put anything there down the comments below if you ended up printing this and finding something cool to put there um i didn't want to put anything around like a rubber band and put something there so if you're not figuring out something for that let me know but yeah what do you think about this halo themed med kit it's a shorty today but a cool one nonetheless let me know down in the comments below you like this video give it a thumbs up on more content like this subscribe for more and have a great rest of your day
