You know, Jacksonville stayed in London after
that win somehow against the Eagles.
Now Houston has got to fly out.
Houston has a new weapon, I think, in the receiving department.
We'll see.
But it's a fascinating divisional matchup.
But again, edge to Jacksonville here
for having been there now for over a week, no?
Yeah, for sure.
And by the way, Houston covered last week.
They covered a game.
So that gives them an ATS win.
finally and so and one yeah that's right
the Chargers I believe are the only team
now in the NFL that has not covered so they're
so due they're so due for a cover they have to
take them um yeah look i i think houston it's kind
of funny as houston is that team with the
oh and four record that i think we all thought
you know what they're still probably going to
win they're not 10 games like they're too good
not to so i i kind of i mean listen i'm a jacksonville
guy i really like that but i kind
of think houston's got a shot in this one i do i think
houston uh had a tough schedule
and the tide i think is going to turn for them the game they
lost to dallas they lost on one play they could have easily lost
that one spread is telling you
not much of a difference in in between
these two teams philly kind of handed the game to
jacksonville last year i think jacksonville at the end
of the season has a better record than houston
but they lean toward the Texans in this one I think
the Texans have a shot to roll off some
wins in a row well
and they're obviously more desperate you can't just be satisfied with
beating Tennessee like this is a game now
if if you you got to go two wins here and you knock
down Jacksonville uh this is a huge game uh for Houston
but again they did this last year starting
oh and three and they had to turn things around
and and they did so uh and they did I I don't know
whether you know Harrison Jr is going to make
that much of a difference right off the bat but
There is a relationship there, obviously,
with Stroud and him back at Ohio State.
So it'll be interesting how we incorporate him and Nico Collins.
I think Woody Marks is going to have
an interesting opportunity here against Jacksonville.
I don't know.
That defense is a little head-scratching last week against
the Eagles, who had nobody.
I think the Texans are going to be a big test here for Jacksonville.
I think they do, too, right?
Now, you still like Jacksonville long-term?
Yeah, much better team, I think.
But, look, I think in the end it's going to even out,
and Houston's record is going to be 8-9, 9-8, 10-7,
and that means some games have to be won in between now and then,
and this is one of those games I think there's a possibility of.
I hate to go against Jacksonville because I really do like them,
but they didn't look great to me against Philadelphia last week.
I obviously did not think they deserved to be 7.5-point favorites.
I don't know how in the world that line was.
That was a crazy line.
but this is kind of back-to-earth here a little bit.
And what do the odds say?
I mean, the odds are telling us that Houston
is five points better than Philadelphia?
Think about it.
From one week to the next, I don't think so.
I think Philadelphia is closer to Houston than that.
And Houston, probably the better team, but not by much.
So, yeah, I don't know where I'll be at come Friday with that game,
but my lean right now is definitely Philadelphia.
