Okay, see that stuff?
That's the kind of stuff you're going to be up against.
I've already dug that
out and gotten all these other little scraggly roots.
And just those little ones right there
could have raised it up.
But you just have to keep going.
And you see right there,
hear that? There's a big root right there.
I knew it coming from that tree probably.
okay so that's why you gotta
that's why you gotta have yourself nice little cutters like that i've
got a flat bar that i use that to dig with i got
a stiff putty knife i got that and my trusty
fiberglass hammer don't leave anywhere i don't go anywhere without
that and i'm gonna i'm just gonna
slow and go chop chop chop chop chop chop
and then i'll dig this out and show you what that big old
nasty root looks like
and that one I'll probably be able to get off with my
lopper cutters
and you see how wide those go look at that and you got to get
you got to get some with with metal handles
or fiberglass handles I think
those are or steel handles don't don't use
the wood ones if you got an old pair
of wood ones yeah you'll see what I mean
when you when you try to cut it and you
break one of your handles off okay get
something just invest in a couple a
Couple little things. I don't have a whole lot of stuff here
But these keep these keep me out of the dirt and stuff
and I sit down on this I sit down on this and get
Up on this. Let me show you real quick.
What how I get up and get up and down up here
I just go like this and I put my leg out there
And I've got my knee pad underneath here
and this one over here in case I have to do anything
And then to get up I just do this and trust me when you get up there
when you start getting a little older you're going
to want something like that there's only so long
you can work on your knees and getting up and down up
and down up and down before you try something
like this you just have to try it uh
when my wife got this she got two of these in the mail
and i and i opened one and about barfed i thought i'm never going
to use that and then one day i
thought i'll put it together didn't take me very long to attach it
and stuff i put it together and
then instead of kneeling down
on it like i've seen other people do i sat down on it and put
these out in front of me
and then i could lean against the side i can push push up and and stuff
you'd be you'd be surprised how many times you get up
and up and down doing this right here i'll
probably be up and down 50 times you know
and it's getting towards the end of the day and you start
getting tired a little bit trust me that is a lifesaver
and that didn't cost very much it's
for like, I don't know, 40 bucks or something, okay?
Money well spent.
