In today's video I visited customer who requested a preventative maintenance. During this preventive maintenance I found that one of the systems was slightly low on refrigerant. So I decided to do a leak search and I found what it looks like a large leak. None of that is abnormal. But the price I was quoted for a replacement coil is abnormal and I discuss what I feel about it.
