My Official Leatherman Loadout

This is my official Leatherman EDC loadout — a compact tool system built around the Maxpedition Barnacle pouch and centered on the Leatherman platform.
The goal here wasn’t to cram as many tools as possible into a pouch. I wanted a compact setup that gives me multiple ways to handle everyday repairs, fasteners, adjustments, and general EDC tool tasks while keeping everything organized and easy to access.
At the center of the loadout is the Leatherman Surge, backed up by the Leatherman bit system, ratcheting bit driver, Skeletool KBX, and several compact drivers and adapters. I also incorporated the 711L ratcheting torque wrench head to expand what the kit can handle without turning it into a full-size tool bag.
Everything packs into the small Maxpedition Barnacle, giving me a compact grab-and-go Leatherman tool kit that can live inside a larger EDC bag, vehicle kit, Mini Duff, backpack, or simply travel on its own.
This is exactly the kind of EDC system I enjoy building: small footprint, useful tools, minimal wasted space, and real-world capability.
