What does it take to become an AI-native business? I think it means your team works side by side with AI agents. Those agents share the same data, context, and apps as your people. In this video, I show you Kylon, a "company harness" that sits on top of your existing team and agents. I walk through the full setup: connections, the shared wiki, agentic memory, and rooms. Then I build two real projects. First, my agent pulls old scripts from Google Drive and writes a research brief in my usual script format. Second, a custom coder agent builds and publishes a video pipeline app for my whole workspace. I also connect Claude Code as an external agent, so none of your existing AI work stays siloed.
