A client puts you on retainer for 10 static ads and 3 video ads a month. The traditional way costs a few thousand dollars and many hours from talented people. In this video, I build that exact ad package with one AI marketing platform, Zeely. I start with what already works. I pull winning competitor ads, break them down with an AI agent, and turn the best formats into static ads. Then I make UGC-style video ads, testing cheap on Kling 3.0 and finishing the winner on Seedance 2.5. The total cost for everything you see? About $2 in credits.

So let's say a client puts you on retainer
and asks for a month of ad creatives. And let's say
that's a normal package.
It's like 10 static ads and three video ads per month for use on the
various PPC ad platforms. And something like
this is going to be the historical or traditional costs
and process involved in bringing that to life
in a manner that is quality and professional. So
that's at least going to be a few grand.
It's going to take a lot of hours for some pretty
talented people. And if your retainer is six or seven grand,
most of that just comes in and goes
right out. And if you are a solopreneur
who doesn't want to pay that amount, then you probably
just don't have that kind of system in place for creative.
So whether you exist on the production
side or the consumption side of that curve,
we're going to talk through in this video how to build
that exact ad package with one AI platform to the same,
if not better degree of quality than you
could get with that incumbent protocol.
And by the end, you can get an idea for how you can use
AI tools like this to build creatives for your business
or your service offers. That's going to
be the video. Let's go. So for this video,
I got full access to test the platform Zeeley. And that
is the system we're going to use for the process of this video.
And Zeeley is an AI marketing platform
that covers the full cycle of marketing.
So create, launch, and scale assets. That means you
generate static ads UGC style videos
and this is important all of that in the platform is built on
context from thousands of ads that have really performed well
for the kind of company you have
in real life now we just talked through the full stack
of video production and the pricing of such
at the start of this video so that's the lens through
which we're going to understand and
learn how to use this platform
so the researcher the designer the actual creator the editor that
full production stack and replicating that with AI
so we're going to jump into my computer to
get started on the builds now if you comment Z
e e l y under this video you'll get a link to
build along yourself or you can visit this link on the screen
or in the description you help to
support the channel when you do that and then you get
to just follow along and build along while
you're watching this video and you can walk away after the next five
or ten minutes with actual
creatives for your company now today
for these demos we're going to have two imaginary clients
number one a software client
and number two a physical product client so that said that's what
we're going to do and let's jump into my computer
so i've set up a demo account here inside of Zeeley
and client one is ManyChat the chat marketing tool
and what we're going to try to create or
say we're creating for this client is a set of static ads
so image based ads but we're not just
going to jump into generation we're going to start
the way you always should when you're doing a
project like this which
is what's already empirically working in the space for other
people and we can do this inside of the platform
so we're going to start with that step and we're
not just going to pull one reference we're going to pull 10
so you can see a lot of the tools we're
going to get into in this video on the left
but let's jump into competitor spy under industry
we're going to filter to professional
and creative services and digital products and then under
format we're going to go image
and under status we're going to go app so what this library is
doing is condensing all of the ads that other big brands
are running that are working well for them
so let's pick some that we like I like this one
from Coursera let's click download I think this
one here from Timu we'll download another one
from Timu this one's fun are you a marketing leader or
a vending machine I've also now removed digital products
to leave it just at professional and
creative services and I really like some of these especially this one
and this will be my last one
so I picked about 10 now I'm going to head over here into agent
and then I've dropped all of these
ads in here so these are winning ads
from the internet that we're going to use to base our
static image ads off of in a similar industry.
And then I'm giving this prompt. I'm saying here
are 10 static ads running right now
in the marketing software space. I want you to break
them down in a way a performance marketer would.
And then for my brand or my client,
pick what the best formats are.
And we're running this on Gemini 1.5 Flash. We can also see if we
hit forward slash the competitor analysis skill
is what's going to be used to accomplish this.
And this is just still early
in the overarching ad creation process that we're going to walk
through here.
So let's let that run.
Okay, it's done.
Here is the report.
And here we can see a breakdown of all of those ads.
This all looks great.
It's broken down every single one of them.
Here are the top five formats.
And so what we've identified with this reference library
and AI are the best five references
that we want to use for our ads.
So now these are the references that we're going to lock.
And now we can jump here into image ads.
So let's click image ad.
We're going to hit reference and then upload reference.
We're selecting one, two, three, four, and five references.
And that's all you have to do.
When you set up your account,
the AI already has the context on your service and what you do.
If you want new context,
a new kind of business that you're testing creatives or ads for,
you just click create new right here.
But we're all good to go.
The AI now has everything it needs to do to create these ads for us.
And we can see right here,
the models being used first right now are GPT image 2.5.
We are creating vertical or story ads,
and we're going to create five of them.
Now also as a service or kind of a base image we're going
to just let AI do that for us as well
so AI is going to figure out how to best visualize our product for us.
Now we're going to play around
with adding a base image or a prompt right after
this but let's just start by letting this run and
see what the AI can do. Now
while this is generating let's head back under trending concepts here.
I think there's a lot of ads that are just doing well within
the Zeeley platform that are also great
references for you to create from. Let's go right here.
We can see a lot more of those right here
in the image ad gallery.
So for example, let's say we want a testimonial type ad.
Here are you know hundreds
of formats for testimonial ads that you can recreate
that are proven to work based on
empirical data. We can do the same thing here.
We could go us versus them, for example. But before
we continue here, it looks like our five original ads are done.
So here they are. We can see these
are based nearly one-to-one on the reference image
which is super great to see so this is number one
right here this is number two
this is actually really awesome i i love this one uh text is on
point this is a plus in my book
this is something i would actually turn around and run okay so
that's number two we have number three
also looks really good i think number one is still my my
favorite up there. Awesome.
Number four, and then number five as well. So that's the power of AI.
I'm sure you can start to see why all
of this is so incredible if you work in this kind of
creative business. I think my favorite two
are going to be this one right here. And absolute
favorite is this one right here.
Now we could go ahead and launch that. We're not going to do that
just yet. We're going to jump back into the ad gallery
and let's select a few more references
right here. I'll select those three
and then just click recreate three references. And then I'm going
to go to the actual ManyChat website right here.
I'm going to go ahead and screenshot that. We're
going to save that image and then I'm uploading that.
So we have a real reference of the ManyChat
product. Let's select that. We'll click continue.
And then it's pretty much that easy. You can just
go through the library. The AI already has all
the context on your business. And then we can be a little
more specific if we want let's say make this feel very aesthetic
and cool right whatever vision you
have you can just be more specific in the prompt
if you want to be in the AI we'll follow that as
well let's also go one by one for these and we'll click generate
and you can generate as many in
parallel as you want if you want to create
a hundred creatives in parallel you can do that
as long as you have the credits in the account okay
and here we can see number one this actually
looks really good number two also looks good
so that said now we're going to get into client
number two and that's going
to be for the fictional coffee brand we use for a lot of videos
on the channel so we're going to jump into video ads here
that's going to be the big difference
this is video ads instead of static ads
but we can do it through a very similar process here you can
see a video ad gallery these are all created with AI different concepts
and then the playground here
which is what we're predominantly going to use
and just because you're in the playground doesn't mean
you're starting from nothing we are going
to be able to use all of these different resources
including the avatars which are pretty cool
so let's go ahead and jump into the playground and
now what's important and i want to emphasize here
are the models and the model choice
Kling 3.0 is going to be the cheapest
and the fastest but you do have a corresponding
quality trade-off there Cine 2.5 is going
to be the strongest video model out there
but you can see it's far more credits
but we can see 1500 versus 250 credits and i think
choosing between these is the wrong way
to think about it what you want to do is your
initial testing on the cheaper model pick your favorite
and then go generate that with the more
expensive model so i want to walk through
that process now again for our coffee brand it's
called Alto and if you want to know what Alto looks like
and you haven't seen it before here's
a little bit of what that looks like here
are some reference images we've also created with AI
for the brand so let's go ahead
and duplicate this tab three times over so we can run three
in parallel and for the first one right here i've given it
this prompt of creating a woman
in her late 20s in a kitchen and so let's go ahead
and upload a start frame so we can see the woman
with the Alto coffee this time in a can
and that will be the starting frame for our image
and let's go ahead and let that run
and you can see i'm generating the start images over here
also in Midjourney just from the main video ad AI
so here we can see for example a guy outside so we'll
click recreate we'll paste the prompt we'll click start image
and here for example you can see that
image that's created so let's go ahead again we'll download
that we'll come back to our video maker
and we'll click generate for our last video
so we have our three different images generating here
again keep in mind this is with Kling
and then we're going to choose our favorite so we're saving
money and then we're going to regenerate that video
with VDance 2.5 to play back so here's the
first result let's give this a watch
so pretty cool here's
the second one where you can see this
is now based on our original reference image
so this is more in line with what we want so i prefer
this already over the other one
but let's give this a watch
for a few seconds it's a very different
style but it gets the point across i actually really like
this one i think it starts off with
the visual hook and then this really illustrates
the point of the brand pretty well and then here
is our third one with the other
character pretty cool very high
energy i still think number two is
my favorite here so this is going
to be our winner i think again it has the hook and then this is
pretty fun very unique for a coffee brand
but also actually illustrates the point of it really well
with a nice call to action at the end so let's go ahead
and click reuse so now we can see that's
been attached as the reference
and then i'm going to paste this and then now we're going to switch
from Kling 3.0 to Cdance 2.5 now we're
also generated a special fun video for you here so
let's watch both this and the final one go ahead
and download that we'll open it here okay so here
is the fun one this is just the second version
that i think is pretty cool here you go so really
awesome physics and water
so there you go sound design all native as well and now here finally is
the upgraded Cdance 2.5 version
of what we just watched here we go super quick text on screen
looks great and there you go that's a five second ad
or many 10 second ads that we've made that you
could go ahead and run on your PPC platform
of choice now i have one more generation for you
that I want to really end this off with,
and that is a full 30-second generation
and ad made for Alto on Zeely.
So the prior ones we looked at
were in the five to 10-second range.
So this is going to be a really fun one.
Last one, I promise.
And here is that 30-second ad.
New alarm, new planner, still hate mornings.
Same coffee?
Yeah, start there.
Alto, cold brew concentrate.
Do I need a barista?
you need a glass. That's it. Ice, concentrate, milk.
Your morning can be simple. Mix it your
way. Now that's a morning ritual. So coffee first?
Exactly. Fine. I'm keeping the planner.
Okay. So we've gone through the static ad and the video ad workflows.
Now there are a lot of
other things in here you can do.
Ad variations, meta campaigns, social posting content. There's
a lot in here that's for you to go dive into on your own time
but i think at this point you can
see the potential of systems like this compared
to that incumbent workflow because the ais are
just that good the image generators
the video generators the intelligence layer what about
the cost side we started off this video
by saying it's three four or five grand to do this
traditionally now we can see 2 000 credits costs about four dollars
and 99 cents or about what like
three to maybe four dollars if you pay more for a higher plan
and we spent about 1200 credits to do
everything that you just saw so that's like two dollars
so everything that you just saw all the
dozen plus ads that we created all
the frontier intelligence took about two dollars to make and
that's the purpose of ai in this world of ads
and creatives you can do more you can do it better and
And you can do it a lot faster with effectively
no money for a very, very low cost.
I'm going to leave it on that.
That's the deal.
And let's hear some final words.
These systems are only getting better at an increasingly rapid pace.
And that's also part of the thesis
of this YouTube channel, which is this is why it's
so important to stay on top of these tools
if you exist in a creative domain.
Now, there are some edge cases where you
don't want to use a system like this.
For example, if you have a super intricate hardware product
that's just hard to transpose or transmute to a digital form
that AIs can replicate and really keep consistent.
So there are reasons to not use it.
But for the vast majority of you who are building these ads,
especially static or video, but for the vast majority of you watching
this, your product and your business is going to be adequately shown
by the AI on the image and also the video side of it.
So there you go. That's the video. I hope you
found it useful. And again, if you want to support
the channel and try this stuff for yourself,
you can comment Z-E-E-L-Y under this video if you
haven't already or go to this link on the screen.
That in mind, I appreciate you being here
and I will see you in the next one.
