Before the peanut gallery jumps in, yes, the facility has a podiatrist who comes in regularly. But medical care doesn’t replace love, comfort, and a daughter’s touch. Dementia caregiving is layered. It’s not just appointments and protocols — it’s presence.

In this video, I’m sharing a real moment of caregiving, compassion, and connection. Dementia doesn’t erase the need for nurturing. And no matter how much professional care exists, a daughter still gets to be a daughter.
