And creating a dangerous situation for other people.
And so we understand, Dijon, this is an unforeseen, huge change of circumstance.
But we do think in light of everything that we know about the case that we're
asking for continued attention.
However, there's nothing that puts, no independent information that puts
him on scene shooting as Jalen has indicated.
And as I indicated, Your Honor,
Jalen has not proved right in any of his statements to the police.
I hear him talk about how her family is crying about three hour drives.
But my son is no longer here.
I can't talk to him about problems, or his mental problems, or
my health issues, or his health issues.
There's no reason for him to go home.
He's a danger to society.
I don't care what anybody says.
We haven't learned in the past that police will get released and murder people.
He's a danger to himself and everybody else.
It wouldn't be safe for him.
So I would say he would stay in, to be released,
to stay with his grandmother, under strict house arrest,
with GPS monitor, no contact with any potential
witnesses whatsoever, you will be back in detention.
You understand that?
